I ( Jerry ) went in at nine o'clock at night On a Wednesday night after spending approximately fourteen hours in the hospital to order a bucket of chicken to go. The bill came to forty six dollars and some change. I did not have my debit cards or credit cards with me as I was in the hospital , so I tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill. The guy looked at me totally confused and after about five minutes called his manager lady. She looks at it for a few minutes And said we do not have change, pay with something smaller.I said I do not have anything smaller and that is all I had. I asked her, you're telling me.You do not have fifty three dollars and change in your float after being open till now , which was nine pm. . She said she did not have any change and would not take my money. I made a complaint and another customer was there that had just finished paying 30.00 + dollars cash for his meal.( customer stated that they do this to him all the time ). The manager blatantly told me to take my money and go somewhere else. How disappointing, as this was the location closest to my residence . We could have ordered from Skip the dishes etc , when I got home and paid with debit/ credit, but out of disdain, I refused to give this particular branch my hard earned money as I was treated so very poorly. I was then forced to drive over 50 blocks one way to the other KFC location, totally out of the way. I knew this location would take my orde, as i used to live in the area. . I went there , ordered the exact same thing, paid with the exact same one hundred dollar bill and got my order and my fifty three dollar + change with zero problems. I do not in any way shape or form recommend this restaurant to anybody in the near future or thereafter, as service is a key component, this is most valued in restaurant customer service. I will never associate my business with this particular location. What an absolute disappointment to the KFC...
Read moreOrdered a 14 piece meal. Things started out fine. I paid. Things are still ok. Yah they don’t have some Items no big deal. Then they give me my food and tell me to pay .15 cents more for the bag. Well she forgot to charge me she says.I refuse to use my card for .15cents. She refused to give me a paper bag. I ask for my money back and want to cancel the order. She tells me it’s only .15 cent and I can afford it. I reply that she didn’t ask me so she should pay. At the end I left with my food. And a free bag. I get home the chicken not fresh. The fries are cold! I can honestly say that .15 cent bag has cost kfc my business I don’t need to argue with some lady that didn’t do her job correctly over a bag and be told just pay more. Kfc is a big company they can pay for the bag I got for free a month ago. I would have paid it when I ordered my food no problem. But to be asked after and be treated like an idiot for standing my ground was uncalled for. Enjoy the last $53 you ever...
Read moreThey delivered the wrong order. I try calling the KFC Order Number and they say they have to transfer me to the store, they can't do anything about it. The phone starts ringing forever at the store and then hangs up. I call 1-866 number again. They say their phone lines are having issues and it is hard to hear people. They transfer me again and same thing happens. I call 1-866 and I am now upset. The same thing happens. I call 1-866 again and ask them to call the store, they won't. They say they can email the store or transfer me. I say why can't you do both, email them and call them yourself. They say they can't do that. I tell them to put me on hold and call the store themselves. They won't do that. I finally relent to them sending an email to the store. I have been waiting 15 to 20 minutes now and nothing. This whole fiasco has now taken over an hour. And nothing. Disgusting customer service, I will never order...
