JR Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Edmonton

I usually come in around the end of the work week in the evenings. I try to come in on a relaxing sunday to find the same service. These are some of the worst service providers I have experienced. There are a couple servers that don't come by and ask if anyone needs more drinks whether it's busy or not. You have to go the bar when you need a drink. They don't wipe down tables after shooters or spilled drinks. They don't clear the tables of empty bottles. One of the serves never seems to enjoy her job and very hard to hold a conversation. Some staff don't make it an enjoyable environment but the patrons are quite friendly. There are a few very friendly waitresses there that throughly enjoy their jobs and I appreciate getting served by them. They make it...

Absolutely disgusted today. Went to get my child a slurpee and there was an ambulance and fire trucks everywhere. Some girl is out side on the ground getting cpr and everyone in the bar including the bartender is outside smoking cigs 5 ft away from this poor child.(I know this because iv been in there lots) Throwing butts everywhere and blowing smoke towards her.. back up 5 m if you wanna smoke! but what i saw was unbelievably disrespectful.. you should all be ashamed of your selves (yes I smoke, but in no way would I be that close to giving oxygen to anyone)

This place has gone down hill tremendously in the past 2-3 years.....

Was there last night it was slow and so was our waitress!!! We ordered the platter that the dry ribs were a cut up pork chop ,the potatoe skins were cold , the mozzarella sticks had no sauce , the onion rings were drowning in oil and pooled on our plate....on the bright side the 4 wings were good . The bathroom was disgusting and I waited till I got home , I basically walked in looked around and left there was no soap,and had not been cleaned looked like in a long time ....eek!!.. overall scary experience for sure ....at one time this was a amazing place .....now feels like the owner and staff have simply just gave up...
