Kokoriko Fried Chicken & Quickly Bubble Tea (Century Park) — Restaurant in Edmonton

Here is my candid assessment of the dining experience. I ordered scallion noodles, honeydew boba, taro boba, ten pieces of hot honey wings, and ten pieces of soy wings. The scallion noodles were clumped together, and the soy sauce was not evenly distributed. This made it difficult to mix the noodles properly, and the overall impression was of a cheap and hastily prepared dish. The wings were satisfactory but could have benefited from additional toppings or garnishes. The boba drinks exhibited inconsistency in the tapioca pearls, and the taro flavor was lacking in intensity. So excited to have this new addition to the century park area! We went the weekend after their grand opening, since it was way too busy for us during the event. The chicken was what surprised me.. so delicious! We tried the garlic cheese snowing chicken and it was moist, fried to order and well seasoned. I’ve tried the Terwillegar location before and thought it was a bit disappointing, but this was much better. We both also got a bubble tea option from their top 10 menu, and they were both good. I forgot to get light ice, but I appreciated that the square ice cubes didn’t melt too fast. The menu is a bit hard to read, so it’d be nice if they made the font bigger for folks waiting in line. Last 2 hours, I ordered the solo set. I asked one girl staff. If the kitchen can mix the fries 🍟 with the sauce in fried chicken. If u are not happy with customer’s request. JUST SAY NO!! … no need to say “ customer was too much”(in Chinese) I think i didn’t misunderstand ..I can hear that girl said to the kitchen after said my order request.

I would definitely not being a customer anymore even I really like Korean fried chicken.
