If I could give zero stars I would. This was literally the worst experience I ever had. As I'm at the drive thru windows waiting for my food, I can see they have a maintenance guy in to fix the machines, as he was right be the open windows and I could hear what he was saying. The one lady passes me my caramel latte, still waiting on other food. So I start drinking my latte and it's so watered down and just really gross. So I asked the lady if they were possibly able to re make it as we were still waiting for food. She rolls her eyes and scoffs at me and says " yeah that's how it's supposed to be because the machines broken and I'm not remaking the latte" she was just so rude for no reason. Before I could speak she ran and got the manager. So I explained to the manager what happened. She said absolutely ill make you another one as our machine is being wonky tonight. I said ok sounds good. By this time we got the food. The drive thru windows open. And now I hear the maintenance man talking about how much alge they have growing all over their machines cause they are constantly wet. After seeing all the green alge, I just didn't even want any of it at that point. The manager tried to say she will remake it but after seeing how NASTY it all was I said no thank you. She did keep trying but no thank you, I don't want anything that comes out of that. I ended up just driving away with no latte and ended up throwing it out cause no one could even stomach...
Read moreI have reduced the amount I visit this McDonalds dramatically due to the rude staff, terrible order accuracy and lack of speed of service. Which is really unfortunate as I work in the South Common complex and sometimes McDonalds is great for lunch. The staff are rude, mumble and don't speak clearly, so that right there makes it really hard to order at the drive through, they ALWAYS ask you if you want their gross danish or pastry for whatever deal they have going on, which is annoying especially when it is clarified that I am done ordering. Have the time I go through, one of the main items I get is a Diet Coke, this shouldn't be that difficult, but 9/10 times it is flat, one time I tasted it while I was at the window, and it was a root beer and was given so much grief when I asked them to change it to what I ordered or it sat by the window for so long because they are so slow, that all the ice has melted. UGH. McDonalds is a brand built on consistency and I should expect the same quality at this location, that I would any other location. This location however really needs to clean up their act and re-prioritize the customer...
Read moreThis location is near us and almost every time we go there our order is wrong, or items are out of stock or food is cold, even on the Uber app. This location needs to hire better staff or at least people that listen at the drive through and can take orders properly. Today I ordered burgers for my kids that were only supposed to have ketchup on them and now that I am home after spending $20 on McDonald’s for my kids (I didn’t get anything for myself), I had to throw out I have to make something else for my kids to eat, and this is not the first time. One time I even got 2 burgers for my oldest with only ketchup and noticed once we hit the highway that that it was just a bun with ketchup on it, no meat. Ridiculous to say the least and I WILL NOT be going back to this location. Tried calling in again but got nowhere on the phone with them… again not the first time. Would have been nice for them to have...
