I frequent McDonald’s two or three times a month but not this location however I had just gotten off work and it was the closest one and I was too lazy to go home and make dinner. It was 1AM. I entered the drive-through which had not been ploughed of snow which made it difficult for my car to get through but that aside I sat at the order menu for 10 minutes I thought oh well they’re closed upon driving through I noticed that there were workers inside so I stopped at the window. The worker came to the window and said my apologies we we’re having a staff meeting (weird at 1AM I thought but ok) she seemed quite frantic as if she didn’t know what she was doing, Took her a long time to punch in the order (which was just a value mcdouble meal) but that aside she could be new, she took my order and I paid. She came back and gave me my drink and I noticed her clear my order from the wait screen however she still hadn’t given me my food I waited for another 10 minutes she finally came back and gave me my food. Keep in mind through this whole experience I was the only customer in the drive-through and the interior of the restaurant was closed. I thought to myself if I waited it must’ve been because they needed to make fries so I didn’t complain however upon eating my fries were crunchy and snapped in half like crackers. So upsetting. I returned to mention to the worker about my fries however she told me she didn’t recognize me and without my receipt she wouldn’t be able to do anything regardless of me holding the McDonald’s bag in my hand that she had just given me!! This whole situation just seems like a load of bull that they were trying to give me for being down right lazy. Read moreThe man walking around called “uncle” is very nice and friendly. Not the greatest at mopping as he’s literally pushing the mop around in the same spot or dragging it around lol. Unfortunately some customers were rude to him. This place has their bathrooms locked up and good luck with the soda machines. At least Uncle walks around and asks if you’re doing okay. It can feel a bit annoying or claustrophobic if you’re socially awkward like me as someone is literally walking around the restaurant and just doing their job. Never had an issue with this location. Just be nice and respectful to people and staff.
07/07/25 New renovation looks like they just flipped the layout a bit and got rid of the few tables in the middle for better seating. Typical new style getting rid of the refill machines. 😞The play area also got an upgrade. Just make sure to wash your kids hands as I doubt the new play area gets sanitized very often. Staff are super friendly and helpful when I show up at 9am. The watermelon splash is super sugary and so is the teriyaki burger when I ordered delivery later on. Holy moly there was so much sauce on it the mayo was overpowered and disappeared lol. The ratio of sauce really needs some work because it was drenched in sauce. The cotton candy shake was also super sugary and sweet. Nothing wrong with the drinks but just something to consider if your sugar levels cannot handle the amount in these drinks. Read moreOne of the worst place for customer service. The girl working in drive-through at the last window was terrible. It’s 1:40 PM and I think the first letter of her name is a W. We asked to switch one of the cokes to an iced coffee and she told us that we couldn’t do it because they had to take payment at the first window. We asked for McChicken sauce and she told us that it’s going to be a charge of $.63 which is fine but I don’t understand how she can take payment for a sauce pack and not an iced coffee? Asked her to charge extra for the iced coffee at the same time and she would not do it and just kept saying it’s only for the sauce that she can take payment for. I think it’s ridiculous because this would be the only McDonald’s location that would not be able to add to an order . It’s ridiculous how she can pick and choose which payment she can take. They were lucky that I didn’t require a managers assistant because she made it so that we needed to go back around through drive-through if we wanted an iced coffee again. Since we were heading to an appointment I had no time to bring the situation up, so hopefully one of your upper staff members happens to look at this review because you really got to train your staff properly.
