This was the most terrible experience I ever went through with McDonald’s .. my fiancé ordered from skip last night and on receiving the order it was terribly the worst food McDonald had ever served to their customers. The chicken nuggets were so hard and not fresh . I don’t know how long have been the chicken patties sitting over there that it was so hard to even break it with force . It was 2:30 am and on getting the order from skip we called at the restaurant and they just answered my call saying how can I help u and hanged me up later .. we called them back again and no one was answering our calls . At night 2:30 am we came at this restaurant for the complaint of our order and they treated us badly . One of their staff member (RAMAN) was literally so rude and arrogant and I do think so she had a zero knowledge of customer service or a thing like customer satisfaction or how to treat their customers . She did not even hesitate to shut the drive thru window on our face and we standing out of the window . She just walked out of the window in such a disrespectful manner . A single word (sorry) which is meant to be their on their mouths every time was not even heard a single time from their sides . And when I said u did not even apologize she just said me sorry and told me to go and later replied with the words that “ I HAD ALREADY SAID U SORRY NOW WHAT U WANT ME TO DO “ later when we were just walking out of the window , closing the window she said “THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR THIS “ ….. was this not our job to come and let u guys know where u lack ??? Or was this not your job to how to deal with your customers . The other girl was ready to compromise but RAMAN was so rude .. To be honest this was the worst experience I ever had with you guys .. when we just asked about their names no one was ready to tell us their names and said that this was out of McDonald’s rules .. not a single person was wearing name tags .. such a disrespectful behaviour from your staff who don’t know a single word of sorry .. Read moream writing to share my recent disappointing experience at the drive-thru of your on 8 September 2025. The level of customer received was very poor and not what I would expect from McDonald’s.
When I reached the first window, the staff member (an Indian girl) spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I provided my code, but she told me in a raised voice that she was “not supposed to take it” because her manager had instructed her so. When I asked if this was McDonald’s policy, she insisted it was, while continuing to speak in an unprofessional tone.
I then asked for her name, but instead of answering, she yelled at me and told me to go to the next window. At the second window, another manager named Shehnaz displayed the same behavior. She did not ask what the issue was and instead began raising her voice, repeatedly demanding my order without listening to my concern. When I questioned if this was McDonald’s policy, she admitted it was not, but still refused to acknowledge the behavior of the first staff member.
Even more concerning, the store manager was present during this entire exchange but made no attempt to step in, de-escalate, or resolve the matter. When she finally came to the window, she simply told me to pay and take my order, without any apology or explanation.
This experience left me extremely disappointed. Customer service should be respectful, attentive, and solution-oriented, especially from managers who set the example for their team. Instead, I was met with rudeness, raised voices, and no accountability from multiple employees, including the store manager.
I kindly request that you review this incident with the staff involved, as well as ensure proper training is reinforced at this location. McDonald’s has always been known for consistent service, but this experience fell far below those standards.

But she started being rude to me and I understand that she might be working 12hours shift or more than so I remain calm but she refuses to get order right, so I told her I’m not leaving till I get my order right, I stayed, and I refuse to leave bc it’s not a free meal I’m getting, I’m literally paying it from credit, and she has to be fair to me and speak to me politely but she didn’t, instead she told she would call a cop on me, as that is going make me to leave or be scared, but no, that is not where the story ends, now the cops had arrived & now what are you really going to tell them? It’s very not necessary for you to call a police on me , I suppose to be satisfied and I know what are the rule to be working in a restaurant I’m really not stupid so I waited till the cops arrive and they ask me, what is the situation is about, I remain calm and explained the situation and told them everything, and they even tried to help me get my order right but she still refuses and they just laughed and they told there nothing we can do, you have to call a manger for that, so now come to the bigger picture, imagine I insulted her, imagine I said things i shouldn’t be saying, in that moment I will have a bad name, become impact on my community, and they would’ve arrested me and I will would’ve been in jail by now, but the truth saved me, if it wasn’t for the truth she would’ve been happy that I get arrested, so I want apology and justice,...
