The staff are very pleasant, helpful and patient. Order prep time is excellent! Fries are excellent! Gravy also excellent! Reason for 4 stars not 5 is the canned mushrooms. My understanding from their website is that all ingredients are fresh so it never dawned on me to ask if the mushrooms were canned or not.... Anyways YEP they are canned and the typical canned rubbery mushrooms I don't care for. Very strange as the green onions and green peppers were fresh. The pineapple was probably tinned too but that doesn't bother me like the mushrooms. Anyways all in all I will definitely go back just won't be getting any more mushrooms LOL. Hopefully the owners will consider purchasing fresh or maybe even frozen (not sure if you can get frozen mushrooms) instead of the tinned one as it would be a huge improvement for the Philly Cheese Steak Poutine!!!

Also absolutely love that the entire restaurant is gluten free / GF as this is huge for accommodating Celiacs and anyone who needs a GF diet!! Thank you for doing this!!

  • Update after Owner Response * Thank you for clarifying how the mushrooms are cooked and that they’re not canned. They do come off as “canned mushrooms” though so I am hopeful you may be able to consider other cooking methods such as sautéing them instead but others may like them they way you do them now and I will personally just avoid them in...

AMAZING CATERING! We were having a staff party at work, a lunch to celebrate Canada's 150. We went with a Canadiana theme for our party, including the food. Of course we chose poutine as our main dish, so we began looking for a place to order from, or to cater from. MyFries turned out to be the place, hands down. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible, had a great selection to choose from for our fussy staff, and it was so incredibly affordable. They brought it out to our office building and even the delivery fee was affordable! Our staff had made custom orders in advance, and the orders showed up hot, fresh and with all of our names on each order so we knew who's each order belonged to. And then we all dug in, and it was delicious! I didn't hear one grumble or complaint, but rather compliments and kudos to MyFries. It really was great. We were all stuffed, happy and still had enough left in our budget to decorate for the occasion and give away prizes! I would totally recommend this company. They were so great, accommodating, flexible, affordable and friendly. I just cannot recommend them enough. Great experience!...

I decided to go in for lunch this week, and am certainly glad I did. I had been there many times before, and it had always been super busy in there with not much time for chatting or i'd been with a group of friends. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious! I just wanted to share how friendly and kind the woman was who took some time and had a chat with me while I waited for my food. I want to assume she was the owner? anyways, and either way, it really made me feel valued. She opened up to me on how she's befriended one of the seniors that stops by the restaurant every week, and that she's in the process of hand-making some blankets to be donated to those with babies spending time at the Stollery. I honestly can't remember the last time an employee anywhere had a meaningful conversation with me. Faith in humanity restored :) in all seriousness, we need more people like this in the world. Although our conversation was only a few minutes long it really showed me what kind of business this is. Check them out - have some yummy food, and strike up a conversation if you've...

What were they thinking? Apple pie fries? Crazy! Well, you are crazy if you go there and don't try them. Oh heck, they are tasty... Who would have thought that putting apple pie filling, caramel sauce and ice cream would be good on fries...well...a genius, that's who. Three if us stopped in for the first time and had the Philly cheese steak fries, Thai fries and me well...good old Taco fries. My favorite were the Thai...then on out way out, my son bought me some apple pie fries that I had been making comments about earlier... Even though I was full...I did manage to stuff a good amount down. This place has a nice and simple decor, clean and tidy and the staff are great. At first I thought that it was a bit pricey, but you get a lot of delicious and perfectly BAKED fries with a good amount of toppings. Definitely stop by next time you are in the area.... And leave room for apple pie fries. We have been back for a second time...AND.... it was just as amazing as the first. Got to meet the owner who was both pleasant and humble. I wish them great success.

The cashier was nice she was friendly. I tried the thai poutine and only had a few bites. Wasn’t a big fan of the cold sweet thai chilli sauce. I understand the fries are baked although they could have been seasoned or something. Very bland. The gravy tasted like canned gravy which lacked flavour all together. My boyfriend ate the Philly cheese steak and he was pretty upset with the taste but insisted on finishing his because he spent $67 to feed our little family of 3. Pictured below is the “dessert” fries. Cherry Fries. We did not eat them, my Thai poutine. My son ate half of his small poutine and refused to finish. All in all, customer service is great but the food is bland and expensive. The owner is obviously pressed and doesn’t like honest reviews. Why there was poop under our table is beyond me. My baby is still in pampers. Don’t go here or they will accuse you of pooping under their tables 🤣 If you notice, any criticism or bad review, the owner is pretty rude and sarcastic with their response. Not professional at all!
