I would give this location a zero star if I could, seriously. I have never received such horrible and disgusting service! Yesterday, June 23rd between 2:45-3pm, I ordered a medium ice coffee with JUST MILK. The cashier (young adult, middle eastern) mistakenly served me an ice coffee with milk substitute and loads of sugar. When I went back and politely asked for a remake, she arrogantly said "You asked for an ice coffee made with just milk, so there is sugar of course. If you don't want sugar, you need to say 'no sugar'. That's okay, we'll make it for you. That's okay, just make sure you order correctly next time". When she told her coworker (older woman, asian, possibly Filipino) to remake my ice coffee with just milk, they both started mocking me. The older woman started repeating herself "Just milk... You want just milk. I will give you just milk, no coffee!! Hahaha" sarcastically. Then she made a fool out of herself by using a brown cup lid on an ice coffee cup. At that moment, I took my chance to mock her back by telling her "Opsy, wrong lid!!! There you go, good job!" and both gave me the filthiest look ever. When I left the store, I could hear them discussing how I was wrong and doesn't know how to order my coffee. Are you kidding me, Tim Hortons!?! My receipt and the cash register till specifically says "ice coffee, M, with milk" NOT "milk sub"... That means the coffee will only have milk and ice. If it comes with sugar, it will say so. Isn't "just coffee" obvious enough that I don't want sugar and anything else? Such incompetent staffs you have hired for this location, please be aware that they not only was rude and disrespectful to me, they also failed to provide a friendly and relaxing environment that this place claims to provide. Shame on you all!! I feel empathy for anyone who have had or will have to deal with your incompetent staff. Best of luck. I love you McDonalds, regardless of who got the order wrong, you always train your staff to make things right and not waste time to argue with a loyal...
Read moreWell a few things about this place irritate me I've been coming here for years so let's start with the turnover of staff and whoever's working there whatever country they're from they'll be playing their music really loud whether it be Indian music Filipino it doesn't matter I don't appreciate when you're standing there waiting to order and they're speaking to each other in Tagalog and ignoring the customers they stick your donuts that are creamy or sticky into a bag rather than put them in a box so you have to peel all the icing off the top of the bag like it's just common sense you know and there's one pet peeve of mine that there's a lineup out the door and you can see somebody sitting in the back guaranteed they needed to take a break but they could have just served the customers then taking a break there was so many people there because you know some people come in and they order all this food when there's another person standing behind them there just wants a coffee and there should be someone taking care of food and I should be someone taking care of drinks beverages and I'm seeing it slowly decline they're usually out of donuts they never rebake any donuts hardly ever it's always empty or at the end of the day they're so hard it doesn't I don't have the energy to go back and take them back they need a really good training at this particular Tim Hortons to have things cooked and we cooked and filled up throughout the day I know they want to go home because they can sure tell they want to go home because if you go there like half an hour before an hour before they going home everything shut down they won't give...
Read moreMy husband, who had been tirelessly doing snow removal until 4 am, stopped by this coffee shop seeking a warm cup to keep him going. Unfortunately, the experience left us with mixed feelings.
Unable to bring his truck into the driveway, he walked up to the window, hoping to buy a coffee. However, the staff seemed unresponsive and refused to listen to his explanation, leaving the window closed. In a commendable twist of events, a good Samaritan drove up and graciously offered to buy the coffee for him. My husband, in turn, offered to reciprocate the kind gesture.
Regrettably, the staff member appeared visibly upset by this exchange. This isn't an isolated incident as similar situations have occurred before. While safety concerns are undoubtedly paramount, it might be worthwhile for the establishment to consider exceptions during extreme weather or emergencies.
I understand the importance of safety policies, but fostering a more understanding and customer-friendly approach, especially in unique circumstances, could greatly enhance the overall experience. Perhaps a clearer policy or guidelines for such situations could be beneficial.
In the end, we appreciate the kindness of the good Samaritan and wish for a more compassionate approach from the staff...
