I’ve been eating at Osmow’s for years. Originally I’m from Ontario and loved the food. Was my go to place for a quick filling meal. Once I saw that there were locations in Edmonton I was very excited. At this location, 4/5 times they mess up my order. Either forget toppings I’m paying extra for (hummus & feta) or give me other toppings that I simply don’t want in my wrap. Last time I visited I ordered a wrap with no lettuce. Upon taking the first bite it was filled with lettuce. So I went back and the guy working told me that he remembers me asking for lettuce. I haven’t ordered lettuce on a wrap in years. Once he made me a new wrap I took a couple bites and realized there isn’t any hummus or feta cheese which costs extra. When I went back a second time the guy was impatient with me and said he knows he put feta in the wrap. I told him I know what feta tastes like and there isn’t any. He took the wrap from me and ripped it open to look for the feta. Finally pulls out a small piece of mozzarella and says “look it’s the cheese!” I told him that’s not feta, I specifically ordered and paid for feta. He remade my wrap correctly. 45 minutes after I initially ordered. I went there for my lunch and went back to work late. For such a pricy menu the least you can do is make the food correctly and not antagonize repeat customers for receiving the wrong order. Haven’t been there since and won’t...

Have been he a couple times. The food itself isn't bad; I've had the falefel and the beyond, both of which were good. The first time I got the beyond and the second time they didn't have the beyond in stock, so I got the falafel. The problem comes with the spice level - the first time I got medium and the food was inedibly spicy; the second time I got "little" and it still was inedibly spicy. My partner got medium and she can handle spicy food really well and even she couldn't finish her falefel wrap because it was spicy. There's a difference between spicy and good, and spicy and inedible. I had stomach issues the entire night after eating the food.
