$11.45 For a large bowl nothing special there and there is cheaper for sure this close to Chinatown. When I asked for a little extra basil a request easily agreed to at any other pho place I go. I was met with confusion from the young waitress. I said "yes can I have a little more." it was far from what I needed for a large bowl. I was fed a garbage line of how expensive basil is and I'd be charged extra. That's a first, I'm a chef for one and a large bag if basil retail is $4.00 let alone what you pay for bulk. I was given about $0.13 and was asking for $0.25. Let's get this straight Pho ain't high end high cost food. It's Vietnamese peasant food. Super cheap and profit margins are pretty good. Reasonable you are more than doubling your cost with each bowl and that is being modest. So asking a customer to pay for a stem of basil is insulting. So I left without my order came to Pho Ha Ho when the bowl is .25 cheaper, came with a hot pepper amd lime both missing from this restaurant garnish plate. my request For basil was met with no problem sir. All the waitresses actions did was lose a continuous customer. It's not just about a bowl it's about the service and feeling like you are valued and that small requests shouldn't be...

I've eaten here a couple of times and every single time I was not fully satisfied. I will mention that their chicken wing was really good and iced coffee. Not a fan of the taste of their broth for pho. Everyone that's eaten there with me says that it's in a right place. Because I was in a fan of their pho, I tried their rice dishes. I will not recommend the lemongrass Dish as there was absolutely no flavor, and it was more watery than most lemongrass chicken dish that I've ever had. They're spicy pho was good as per my sister and brother, but again I thought it wasn't anything special. But I have had many spicy pho where I want to go back and eat it again because it was so good, and this was not a place that hit the same. Price wise wasn't cheap, but wasn't too expensive either. I do feel though that because it's priced the way that it was, I would expect a better experience food wise. Customer...

Went there for soup, we are repeat customers and have noticed lately our bill has been more than usual. Went to pay at the cashier (who is the owner) and she put it through the till and paid for it Went back to my table and looked at the menu and added everything we ordered and noticed there was a 100 extra that we paid

Went back to her and asked for a receipt so she input everything again thru her till and printed me a receipt I looked at it and noticed there’s was a charge for a 100 dollars, I asked her about it and her face turned red and said she doesn’t know how it was added. I told her if it was a mistake you wouldn’t have done it both times

AVOID THIS SOUP PLACE AS THEY ARE OVER...

Ordered online. Worst vietnamese food ever! Cold pho! By far the WORST service in any restaurant I've experienced in the city. Brought us the wrong orders and gave us attitude when we tried to tell them. Came back with the right bowl of noodles that was ice cold. Asked to have a hot one, they zipped it in the microwave and brought it back. Each time we needed them, it was like pulling teeth to get their attention, and they had a terrible attitude like we were annoying them. It was by far the worst restaurant experience I've had in the city. I should mention the food was terrible too, which if you're a fan of vietnamese food, you'd realize pretty much right away.

Been coming here for years, broth is consistent and flavourful for regular beef pho.$12 for a small bowl which was quite filling but they are skimping on the meat. Only had 2 small pieces of tendon in my number 23 Edit Nov 14, 2021: Still tasty but the price has gone up yet quantity has really gone down. Got my usual 23 and had 1 piece of tendon cut in half, it’s one of my favourite things here so that was disappointing. Especially since this cheaping our inn the meat seems to be a trend from my recent visits. If there is barely any meat, a bowl of noodles does not seem worth the price. Springs rolls were freshly made though. Staff are nice
