WORST LOCATION IN EDMONTON!!! Don’t go if you value yourself, your health (may onset violent nausea), your taste buds(disgusting pizza), your wallet (waste of $$)and your sanity (could sent you into a fit of rage)… so tonight I had a pizza craving along with my 87 Yr old grandparents, we first drove to the 66th St. location where we always get good pizza and good service. Unfortunately I had 2 strong circumstances against me 1.)because their pizza is good, so is their reputation, which means it’s busy 2.) it was a Saturday evening 6pm-ish SO I was told they are quoting one hour wait time. We were quite hungry and the lady suggested that we go visit 97th St. and 153 ave location, one of my worst mistakes yet! I got a chicken mushroom and cheese pizza with no cheese, rotten spinach, and burnt crispy chip like mushrooms. My bad for not checking it first But you almost need a key to open the new tamper free boxes. Anyways the call went straight through to head office instead of the independent location… The lady on the phone called the store and relayed my complaint and the store said that I should drive back to the store show them the pizza and THEN AND ONLY THEN would they give me a new one. We just had a huge snowfall today and the roads are terrible so that was not an option. I feel like I let my family down and making them eat this disgusting pizza as an only option. Why customer service couldn’t just let me email them the pictures and see for themselves doesn’t make sense, Also there are so many terrible reviews for this place! Why hasn’t Head office done some thing by now? If you’re thinking of eating here take my advice and drive the extra couple km’s to the other location because this location...

I have been a loyal customer for more then 10 years and they have continuously ripped me off time after Time and had no respect or customer service skills in the slightest. This was my final straw with them after they were incredibly ignorant to me when I called them to ask why my order had been takeing so long to arrive at my house they promise a 40 mins guarantee to have it delivered to me. That's the biggest joke of all cause I waited exactly 1 hour and 27 mins for the delivery woman to finally make it to my house and then she had the nerve to give me the food cold and I mean pretty cold and on top of that charged me 60$ full price for 2 pizzas, wings, wedgies and 4 pops. There website says in fine print if they take longer then 40 mins you get a 10 $ credit. But nope they charged me 60 for cold food that took hour and a half to arrive. That's pretty rude. Your version of a Pepperoni with “extra cheese” does not comply with your franchise standards at all, it is evident that this product would be a great example of a “deficient product” under the “quality control” guidelines, despite all the reviews indicating this, you seem to refuse to take action and correct the issue, two purchases I’ve made from your store, same issue with both, your response the first time was “don’t call customer service for this, it only creates issues for us” clearly an unethical way of maximizing profits by greatly reducing the “required” amount of ingredients 👎🏻
No need to reply with an absurd response, maybe be preventive and deliver value with quality products instead, after all, that wouldn’t be a favor, that is what your customers are paying...
