Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Castle Downs

Was at this location today......ordered 2 xlg coffees....asked for a tray...when handed it to me it ripped b4 I even got to passenger floor. Coffee everywhere! 15 yrs ago...( Yes..customer for long time). Ordered 3 large...when employee went to hand to me tray cracked in half. 1 coffee hit ground.....the other 2 poured on me. I was lucky I worked outside and raining that day. Had rain gear on. It poured down my leg onto my shoe. 3rd degree burns on my foot. Missed 3 weeks of work...had blisters size of twoonies.. they had to pay for missed work...car cleaned, shoes... Pain and suffering. ... etc. So this review has nothing to do with workers'. .this review is to owner and Tim Horton company. WTH is wrong with you people??? You are using cheap crappy trays again?????? You don't care if customers get burnt???? You are totally Unacceptable!!! Please people don't use their trays. To the owner..... don't bother with the Tim's.ca crap.....we all know where that goes. Maybe report yourselves to Health and Safety Canada....

Was at this location tonight I visit daily if not twice a day. staff was rude. Straight up lied to me about my order then looked at another girl and shrugged when asked if there actually was chocolate syrup in my girlfriend iced capp. When my girlfriend went in a larger elderly lady was extremely rude about adding chocolate sauce to her iced capp. Completely unprofessional most likely will go to another location in the afternoon haven't had a single issue with the morning staff all are pleasant only reason it's not a one

Edit 07/23/2025 Again afternoon staff are curt and rude. Ordered a large BLT no tomatoes and a XL coffee. Sandwich had tomatoes on it so had to go back in and get it re made and wad given back a sandwich I can count 4 pieces of bacon on it worker was puffy they had to remake it due to allergy.wont let me post tue photo of the sandwich because this is an update and I can't make a new post but...

Usually stop by here on my way to work, and usually it's pretty good. Sometimes there's the odd employee who wants to argue with you... I and another customer both had our coffee orders messed up (Large DR DD but got a medium regular, so a visible difference at least) and in both our coffees you could see the cream just floating on top almost like soured milk. She told us "I made it how YOU ordered it." and refused to acknowledge there's a difference between what I asked and what I got. Completely ignored me after that, funnily I would have went on and not said anything about it my if she had just told me my order was inputted incorrectly because mistakes happen, but I and the other guy got the blame instead because we don't know what we want.
