Yesterday, between 5-6pm the husband and I went to this location , to order supper for our family of 8 people. The guy that was operating the till seemed either dismissive or just didn’t care about taking our order properly. My husband had presented him with a Fatburger club card that should’ve given us a free burger and he didn’t know how to do the savings on that free burger. With 4 people waiting behind us, I became frustrated and just said screw it, I’ll just pay. At this point in time, 4 other Customers had paid for their orders, and had been served, before our order was even started and paid for. Not even 10 minutes after making the payment I had another man approach the husband and I. Which I’m assuming was the Manager? The Manager had asked what’s the problem. After explaining in detail of the situation. The manager said he was going to give us our free burger, and I thanked him for honouring Fatburgers card deal. I told him I wasn’t going to write this review just because it seemed that he resolved the issue. However, when we got home The entire meal itself was cold. The fries were half frozen And I asked for a sesame bun for my veggie burger, and got a squished plain white bun. My meal was just sloppily put together. Everything about the order was just bad. Everyone’s meals were cold. $128 & some dollars later & down the drain On 8 cold meals. Terrible service, especially the cook. Yup I’m clearly disappointed, and those employees lack hygiene! While waiting, and before even speaking to the "manager " the husband and I seen the lady pace back and forth serving customers and heading back to the kitchen. Read moreI placed an online order on March 20th through uber sometime in the evening. However, they didn't have the option to order a milkshake so I called to place the order for that as well. I had the worst customer service through the phone and in person which is quite upsetting. I called and asked what the feature milkshake was for the day and she ignored that and proceeded to ask for my name and number, and then said okay, and hung up on me! I called back and said that i don't believe we completed by order because i never told you what i wanted, nor did i get the price or approximate time it would take. So then i had to ask 3 times what the special was, then was finally told it was snickers. Which i then said, okay, i will just order an oreo shake instead. She said okay, BYE. At this point im slightly agitated and confused but leave it as is. I then get a call back from her 5 minutes later saying that they sold out of their feature milkshake and i need to order something else... when i originally did not order that to begin with. When i went in to pick up my order she was completely lost and could not answer any of my questions without having to bounce back and asking someone else. The lady at the front (wearing a black t-shirt that evening) definitely needs more training or a new job as i don't believe customer service is her forte. He provided exceptional service that truly enhanced all of our dining experience. Ricky was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, helping us make excellent choices. He was absolutely phenomenal when it came to managing our very large group. His ability to handle a group of (almost 10 guests) with such grace, confidence and efficiency was truly impressive. He ensured that everyone's orders were accurate and delivered promptly, all while maintaining a cheerful and accommodating attitude. His exceptional service made our birthday celebration a huge success, and we are grateful for his outstanding hospitality. One of the standout qualities of ricky N was his extraordinary patience when dealing with all the kids in our group, he took the time to engage with the children, answer their questions, and even suggest kid-friendly menu options. His ability to keep the little ones entertained and happy while maintaining a high level of professionalism for the adults was truly remarkable . Food was hot and fresh, and very clean restaurant.
