We’ll be looking for a new pizza delivery spot. Last night’s order was very disappointing. The confirmation said 45 minutes, but it ended up taking almost twice that long. After waiting an hour, I called the store and was told the driver was “2 minutes away,” which turned into another 20 minutes. The person I spoke with was short and ended the call abruptly.

When the order finally arrived, we asked about compensation, the delivery driver called back to the store and spoke to the same guy and they offered $4 off and refused to do anything further. His attitude was rude, so we just paid. Unfortunately, the pizza and wings were only lukewarm by the time they arrived.

Considering this location is only about 5 minutes from us, there’s really no excuse for such poor service. With hundreds of other pizza places in Edmonton offering similar quality and pricing, without the bad attitude, we’ll be ordering elsewhere from now on and I suggest...

We ordered 3 pizzas from this place, and we were asked to come after 20-25 mins to pickup, we went there to pick up after 20 mins, and we were told to wait for 5 minutes. We went again after 25 mins to pick up, i.e., a total of 45 mins. after we ordered and we were told to wait for the other 10 minutes as they haven't started to prepare Pizzas. Lady at the front instead of requesting us to wait started conversation by putting things at us said, 'while placing order we were told it will be ready in 20-25 mins but it was already 45 mins.' She further stated that the person who told us to wait earlier to wait was a delivery guy, who keeps a random delivery person at front-end to serve customers!!! Trying to keep their customers with lies and excuses. At least staff at front-end should be polite and maintain professional behavior...
