It's not often these days that you find businesses with integrity that actually care about customer experience in a genuine way, but the folks here sure do. I ordered on the app earlier this month and picked up in store on my way home from work so we didn't have to worry about cooking after a long day but when I got home I found that our order had been made incorrectly and there were items missing. I reached out to support through the app and they put me in touch with the store manager, Marfina. She reached out to me very promptly and offered to replace the entire order whenever we wanted to pick up again. We decided to do so today so I reached out to inquire about how to go about getting our order and she left a voicemail assuring me it would be taken care of and to just stop by whenever. When we popped in, the staff were quick to pull the receipt for the previous order and remake it for us. They were so friendly and polite and this time the sandwiches were perfect. It might not seem like a big deal to some, but this kind of customer service is what really sets businesses apart from others and brings in repeat business. Read moreI'm extremely disappointed with my recent mobile order experience at this Subway location. When I picked up my sub, I noticed it didn't taste as good as it usually does - something was off. Upon closer inspection, I realized the sub was dry and lacking in sauce, and to my surprise, there was no cheese at all! I tried to contact the location, but despite their promise to review the security footage, I never heard back. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue, but they also didn't offer any apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. I even requested a partial refund due to the missing cheese, but that was ignored as well. It was a mobile order so it could’ve been credited back to my account easily.
As a loyal customer who has been frequenting this location for years due to its convenience, I'm shocked and disheartened by the lack of attention to detail, customer service, and basic courtesy. Read moreNot my favourite Subway location by a long shot. Pretty standard restaraunt, but a very small location, so I wouldn't recommend if you plan to eat-in. Staff here are very hit-or-miss, too. There's one woman who consistently gets my order right, and one guy who always gets it wrong. He's also pretty lax on cleanliness standards, going away from the assembly line with gloves on to search for a utensil in the back without removing or changing his gloves after. Kind of makes me uneasy and I'll sometimes just pass on Subway if he's working. Also, the veggies here often don't look as fresh as they should. The spinach is wilted and soggy if they have it available at all, and the tomatoes are mostly the mushy, old kind or the ends with the stem in them so they're unappetizing.
