I had a terrible experience here yesterday, and the attendant at the front counter was extremely rude to me for no reason! I simply had a question regarding my esso card. I lost mine, so I asked this cashier very politely what I had to do to get a new card. She responded with - "Go online". So I went online, and on their page it says - "Pick up card in-store". I asked her if she could show me where I could order it online, and SHE YANKED MY PHONE OUT OF MY HAND, looked at my phone, and then told me she didn't know and I should go to another store. She proceeded to walk away from me, and I'll let you know that I took my business elsewhere. That is no way for an employee to speak to a customer. When inquiring about alternative methods to accrue loyalty points without my phone or a physical card, the attending female staff member not only spoke condescendingly but seemed unable to comprehend my request. Despite being a highly professional individual with a stable career, I felt unfairly judged, exacerbating an already challenging day. Read moreI paid for breakfast sandwich and extra large coffee with debit card, saw with my eyes transaction was approved. CSR claimed it didn’t go through. I opened bank app and showed the proof the money was withdrawn for TH. Manager Maria came out and demanded another payment. I offered to come back and pay after work if the transaction would be reversed by the bank. Maria said how could they trust me. I requested to call district manager but Maria refused saying it’s Sunday and there was no one to take the call. They didn’t even offer at least coffee.
