Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Edmonton

This is not how a large ice coffee without ice looks like. This is not the first tim in canada.... and my 1st order. Staff has worst attitude. Worst staff. Women in morning shifts gives half cup everyday for my ice coffee. I have that everyday. Nd asked multiple times to improve the quantity. Today i decided to go for large cup so that ill have atleast medium cups quantity. And this is wht she gave me. I said wt if i pay for another small cup will you be able to put a genuine amount of coffee. And she shamelessly said yes just wait for a sec i can do that. I hate this place so much now. The guy started working here was nice but now she is here every morning. Either ill leave drinking cooffee or change tim i get coffee from or someone gives her a different shift. So i wont have to strt my day in such a bad mood every single day. This is not explainable. This quantity... i hate the staff srvice here. Need to change them or their attitude atleast. Everytime I’ve been here, they mess up my order or don’t seal things properly and I drop by before work in the morning. I had ordered soup one morning and they had handed it to me and it leaked through the bag and completely gave out and hot soup spilled all over my leg, phone and seats. They gave me a new order but I should have gotten a refund, cleaning that out was a pain. It’s one of the only Tim’s in the area I can go to before work, it’s unfortunate that the service is poor. I had also ordered a meal with wedges this morning and they said it was unavailable and if a hash brown was okay and I said it’d be fine and I didn’t even get that as well. I had one of the worst experiences at this Tim Hortons recently. I came in the morning, and right from the start, the staff looked like they absolutely did not want to be there. No smiles, no greetings just attitude. When I tried to place my order, I was met with rude, dismissive responses like I was bothering them for simply asking questions. As someone visiting from the USA, I was honestly shocked. We have our own fast food problems back home, but I’ve never had service this unwelcoming. If you’re looking to start your morning off right, do not come here. The energy is negative, and the service is downright disrespectful.
