(Nov 2023) We had a 27 hour travel last night home from South Africa. We got home and decided to order Edo for supper that cost nearly $55.00 (see attached picture). As you can see, I ordered 2 sauces on the food plus 2 extra sauces on the side for EACH dish (because it's sumo sized), that's a total of 8 sauces. I did not even get 1 sauce on our meals, forget the 8 ordered. Both dishes came completely dry and no sauce on the side which made them impossible to eat. Since we've been out of the country for 5 weeks, we had no groceries at home for me to cook up the dishes on my own with sauce to be able to eat it, so we both just went to sleep hungry. It was super frustrating but I was too tired to do anything about it at that time. I'm writing this review today only because I've been calling them ALL DAY today to complain to the manager about this and all day I've been told to call back. No apology, no solution on what to do, just a please call back. All I wanted was them to say I could come back and pick up some sauce so these to meals in my fridge from last night wouldn't go to waste, and even that seems to difficult for them to do. I'm not sure I'd give these guys business again.
UPDATE: Gave them another chance on Feb of this year (even though I got zero responses on my original review) but the food and service was actually WORSE. That's right, I said worse. They have learned nothing from all these bad reviews they've been getting. Management keeps responding to other reviews and saying sorry and we'll learn and do better, but they honestly aren't doing anything to fix their problems. In 3 months I've wasted over $110.00 for absolute junk at this terrible location. I think I'll find Edo corporate contacts now and take this further as it's ridiculous how much money they are basically stealing from people by giving them this...
Read moreOn October 5, 2021. I ordered the Beef Yakisoba with Extra Noodles to go. When I got home I sat down, I served what I was going to eat on a plate. As I'm mixing the left overs to cool off in the container I came upon a seal sticker that was in my food, I think it came from the top of a sauce container. Lucky I noticed it, cause if I didn't I probably would of choked on it and would of got rushed to the hospital. Its smallish but still, anything could of happened, I dont have a big mouth or throat for that matter and I'm pregnant and this could of been disastrous for me, I literally had the same situation a few days ago, where I found a piece of plastic in piece of cake from Save Ons, I also addressed that with them. These guys just need to be more careful when your packing the food, I understand your considered a fast food place but it's not like they're having to serve through a drive thru window where you have to really rush and they weren't even busy around the time I ordered, they should be able to make sure the food is served safely and secure. These things can happen but it shouldn't and to make sure it doesnt happen again, from now on going forward, I think these guys should check the food containers for pieces of wrappers and packaging that could of have fallen in the containers or food.

Read moreNever coming back to this place again!!! Got cold shrimp that tasted fishy, only offered to refund $2! Manager refused to answer phone because he was"busy"?? Run a restaurant not a social life! Staff didn't know what to do, eat here if you want to risk food poisoning!! We asked if they could just remake our meals without the shrimp and her reply to that was I don't think I can, I don't have the authority to do certain things. REALLY? Anyhow after watching every customer wait way to long for their meals ( we waited about 1/2 an hour after we placed our order ) to get ours. Supposed to be fast food? This USED to be our favorite Edo but not anymore! The customer service sucked! After being told the manager was on his way but told she didn't know how long he would be? About 1/2 hr went by and still no manager, she refunded our bill!?!? Totally confused as to why this just wasn't done in the first place? Now they have customers and friends that won't return to this location and a bad review! Felt like they didn't really care about their customers!
