Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Southeast

I ordered No.6 bowl + soup. Portion looks ok, might need to work on plating a bit. Bowl does not look full.. Taste is matching like other franchise, so that's 3 star on average. But a few things that grabbed my attention:

The service person didn't wear name tag or uniform The server is masking improperly while prepping my food The server was touching his hair and putting my bowl together... I don't know how much dandruff/hair is in my bowl now.. ( at least get a plastic hair cover...) Now I left the shop without knowing this server's name... No hand sanitizer for customers on sight nor on site

This shop might need a better hygienic habit, especially most of the food consist of uncooked materials (Salad) Won't go back to this location anymore. The food-safe standard just rubbed me the wrong way I am going to try a different vegan...

First visit ever. Update: After contacting the manager about my concerns she offered to replace the sandwich. Was asked to call ahead to let them know I was coming , I did and was offered for the sandwich to be ready for me. Seeing as part of my issue was that it wasn’t freshly made, I opted to wait once I got there. Server made the sandwich beautifully with tons of product. As a matter of fact, items were falling off as I enjoyed it! Much better this time, but shouldn’t this be the same every time? Pic added of second sandwich. So different! Which would you prefer?

My ‘ fresh’ chicken cranberry sandwich was premade and came from the fridge/ warmed up. No cranberry sauce and very little chicken. Had to throw out the sandwich which was terrible. Very disappointed- will not go back...

A great place to go of you're looking for a healthy alternative to fast food. The food here is reasonably priced for both plant based and meat based bowls, sandwiches, and salads. There are vegetarian protein options as well as the usual meat options. The staff are friendly and helpful and service is quick. Take out and eat in option available. There is also high chairs available for those bringing in your young kids as well as a kids menu. Located in Harvest Point and near other eateries, this is a place to consider when looking for...
