Absolutely horrible experience . I’ve worked with the public for many years and can’t imagine ever treating a customer the way I was treated . My daughter had ordered a side of chow mein and 2 egg rolls . A side is $5.70 and 2 spring rolls are 2.60$ . Very simple 5.70+2.60 . Instead she was charged for a bowl which is 11.70$ A bowl is a side and an entree. She did not have an entree ! Very simple to see. We tried to explain to staff member believe her name was Makenna . Dark hair and glasses. She refused to help my daughter . I went up a second time and kindly explained that it was a mistake . She should have simply been charged for a side of chow mein and 2 spring rolls . She seemed very dazed ,confused and was incredibly rude and unprofessional .She said “like I looked at it and it looked like a plate” I explained it wasn’t a plate it was in a box and all that was In the box was a side of chow mein and 2 spring rolls . It was very confusing to me how she could think a plate looks like a box . She then said “yeah like I asked my coworker and she said charge as bowl” then said “ like we don’t have refunds” I find this hard to understand . So it’s ok to over charge someone and charge to much and it’s just too bad ??? She then told me she was a manager . If you are in a management position do you need to be asking coworkers what to do . Whether or not your coworker tells you to do something is irrelevant. It was wrong , it was charged incorrectly. I said this is unfair you’ve made a mistake and charged too much and we left . She then shouted across the entire restaurant have a great day because she knew it was upsetting so she wanted to be spiteful . I can’t imagine in a million years a staff member acting so incredibly unprofessional and rude and unintelligent . I can’t imagine this person being in a position of management . Find that very hard...

I used to come here quite a bit. But the service and quality of food keeps going downhill to the point that I am now done with this location, with the last 2 visits being the worst. I thought the first time was maybe because I went for lunch around 2:30 and ended up getting a lot of the bottom of the bowls of food. But, today I went at 12:15pm and what a fricken disappointment. One would think that going at lunch time the food would be fresh. What a joke. Neither of the last 2 times were they fresh. Sorry, the rice was today. I also had noodles, honey walnut shrimp & honey sesame chicken. THE FOOD IS TASTELESS, ALL OF IT!! and the noodles have more onions & cabbage than noodle!!! And I realize that lunch time might be a little busier and thus slower. But seriously you only have one person running the front counter, including taking pmt during lunch hour rush?? I stood there for 20 minutes today, for fast food!!! And then there's the portions...I wish I had gone through drive through, as that girl was actually giving decent portions for the amt you pay. Although for tasteless food, what's the point?! But I can usually get 2 lunches out of one plate. Not today! The girl manning the counter, when giving me my honey sesame chicken spilled a few pieces outside the bowl. So she USED HER UNGLOVED FINGERS TO PICK UP THE PIECES AND PUT THEM BACK IN THE BOWL. My faith in this place is gone forever. Showed up on 2021-10-24 at 8pm and was told "this is all we've got left" and they would NOT make me a gluten-free meal because they close in an hour. When is their head office going to see that this location clearly does damage to their brand? I did something really stupid and gave this place another chance. BIG MISTAKE!!!! ON 2020-5-3 I showed up at 7pm only to be told there would be an 8 minute wait for rice. How do you run out of rice? Your whole business is based on rice. Completely incompetent management that would allow this to happen. Never again and this time I mean it. Time to remind everyone I know who works in the area that this place is pathetic. Here's my initial review: Rude staff and very poor food quality. This place has gone downhill in the past year. I will not be returning. Staff are very rude, the food quality is horrible. And don't show up after 8pm and expect to get any sweet and sour or teriyaki sauces. They're usually out of the sauces by then or, if you're lucky you'll get a table sized portion in a plastic container. Unacceptable! The food often looks dried out like it's been sitting there for hours untouched. This place used to be all about quality, but now it all seems to be about maximizing profit by serving garbage that should be thrown out. I really hope their head office reads these reviews. Don't waste your time going here until they clean...
