I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons in Southgate Mall due to the poor customer service from the supervisor, Manveer. By mistake, I placed an order for a black coffee. Realizing my error, I returned to the store to change it to a double-double. Manveer gave me cream and coffee to adjust it myself, but even after adding those ingredients, the coffee didn't taste good at all.
When I went back to request a replacement, Manveer gave me a bad attitude and blamed me for placing the wrong order. He was incredibly rude, implying I was just trying to get free coffee and telling me that I always place the wrong order and should correct myself next time. This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional to say to a customer, especially to a regular like myself.
I left the store feeling very angry and disappointed. This situation could have been handled much more professionally. Manveer's rude and unhelpful behavior was unacceptable. I expected better service from Tim Hortons. This was a terrible experience and a rude encounter with Manveer. TRAIN YOUR...
Read moreVery disappointed, my friend went to the Tim Hortons by Southgate mall, 5015 111 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6H 4M6.. She is deaf, and had 3 kids in her vehicle. She went through the driveway, wanting to order Timbits for her daughter's birthday at 8:45 am today but they turned her away from the drive through and told her to go inside. She asked to speak to a manager, but the supervisor on duty said no, and she was the one to turn her away. It's not like she pulled up, and started typing. She had the order all written and ready by the time she pulled up.
This is discrimination, and we have never experienced this before until now. This is a location many deaf people frequent due to its proximity to the Alberta school for the deaf. It only takes an extra minute to process a written order via drive through, and many drive through speakers advise that if anyone has difficulty ordering through the speaker, to proceed to the window. We will be speaking to head...
Read moreDear Management,
Please train your staff to prepare an order as per your Tims recipe without missing any stuff. Ask them to be polite with customers while taking orders and your Team members are not good at admitting their mistakes when I ask them to correct my order. I often visit (past 3 years) to your Tims in the evening after my office hours to relax sometime to have a good treat but always it's so disappointing to see your staff who are rude, not friendly at all, a big frown on their faces. They lack good communication skills too. Kindly serve your customers with little less attitude and good smile after all I am not taking anything free from your Cafe, I pay for it and obviously expecting some better customer service. Facial expressions and bodily gestures plays a major role in Customer service. Your Tims is my go to place, hopefully expecting some changes, if you take some action and train your...
