The service is REALLY slow and not always that good. I come here on my half hour lunch breaks at work, and there will be 4 or 5 people in the back watching me wait, talking, and only focusing on the drive thru and ignoring the line piling up inside. By the time I finally get my order I only have 8-10 minutes left of my break.
I also came there yesterday after work just to pick up one singular chai tea latte, and I had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone took my order, then as she was taking my order she put it in as a regular latte with a chai shot for an extra $0.30, so I told her “sorry, I don’t think that’s correct” and explained to her again what I had ordered Then she put it in as a vanilla late?? And I explained again. Then finally after I payed I waited another 5 min for my drink and when I got it, it was just a regular latte, so I came back and told them AGAIN what I had ordered, and they said “oh ok sorry” so I watched her take my drink and just put a tea bag inside of the coffee then came back, So I asked her “is there coffee in this?” because I personally do not like coffee, and she started getting defensive saying that’s how chai tea lattes are made, and she tried arguing with me???
It was only until another one of the workers came over and had to explain to her that Thats is not how the tea lattes are made So she walked off to go make it AGAIN And I watched her dump it out and almost go to use the same cup again without even rinsing it, but thankfully she didn’t. She then gave me my drink made properly finally, but I opened it up to double check before I left, and it was only half full! At that point I didn’t even care really and just wanted to leave since I’d been there for almost half an hour.
I wouldn’t really recommend this place to eat in or do take out. They have very slow and kind of poor service, Even for skip the dishes, and none of the tables are really ever cleaned off. The drive thru however goes pretty smoothly at least from what I’ve experienced other than the odd time our order was made wrong

Read moreWhile I was at the Tim Hortons located at 6470 28 Ave. NW Edmonton Alberta T6L6N3, In mid April of 2023, A group of teens came into this Tim Hortons while I was inside, I was going to buy food and beverage, they were compromised of one girl and 4 boys around 14 years old. Throwing things inside and yelling, causing disturbance and it was scary. I left and went to drive through. But as I started my order through the drive through microphone, located outside the building, they came up to my car, driver's side and front of my vehicle where they began yelling in my window of car, obstructing my menu view, sticking their heads and arms through the windows and making obscene gestures, swearing at me, blocking the microphone and I pleaded with the guy talking through the drive through mic, to help me, that they were at my car. I was scared because these teens were getting aggressive and I asked the worker who I was soeking to, to call the police and he said to me, over the mic and the teens heard him tell me, that he would not call the police because they are just kids. This emboldened these teens further and I drove away shaking, scared, in tears and upset that no one in that store would help me. I contacted head office and they forwarded my experience to the owner of that location who did not bother to contact me. There were several follow ups from head office and the owner did not care at all about what happened. I was traumatized and scared and these people did not help me while it was happening and the owner didn't care about the fact that I, a single female in a car had an absolute abusive and dangerous situation happen while attempting to purchase food and drink at that store. I am still afraid to approach drive through. I have been left with ptsd and anxiety and do not feel safe. I'm thinking about contacting a few Edmonton news stations to see if one of them might want to confront the owner of this store and make a news story about this to put on T.V. because it is and WAS a serious thing and it's being ignored. Read moreToday i felt extremely ashamed and embarrassed while visiting this store, almost all the employees who are working their they have really forgot the human ethics, they really don't know how to treat human beings. While giving the order through drive- through for the vegetarian wrap she firstly she denied to take the order, she was just saying i will not serve you, even its fine if you stand in a que i will not give to the order. And then she said if you will not leave i will call the corps, its so insulting in-front of a-lot on employees and the drive through people as she was speaking in the drive through mike. Human has equal rights if their is a problem in food we can address for their goodwill. I want to take this complain forward so that they cannot treat bad with people. My work place is just near-by and 3 times a week when i work in my store i order the cilantro wrap with 2 coffee and english muffin with timbits. But every single time the wrap is worst, its super dry from inside and some time the rice they put inside is stale. And when for the second time i realised the same thing i get back to them and acknowledge their wrap which is not meeting healthy food protocol, at that moment they replaced it. But it happened again while i was working in my store and was starving so ordered the same thing as i am totally vegetarian and their is not such other menu for any vegetarian food, but that time i puke out because of the stale rice that was inside after which i have to go to home, but only 3 bites made me vomit and in the evening with that same wrap i went their i acknowledged them again that please people are spending money to feel full stomach and relief not to get sick.
