The lady that works at night with purple hair I think her name is marianne. She was working on March 10 2025 at 2:30 am. She’s so rude and needs to be fired . I asked a question of what kind of sandwiches they have at night since I know the menu is limited and the screen was off , she replied to me so rudely with so much attitude . She also was handling money with gloves on that she continued using after to make my sandwhich . She removed the gloves AFTER she already took the change from the costumer and then blew air back into them and put them back in . So disgusting I will never eat from there again when she is on shift . She isn’t following health and safety regulations and especially at a hospital ??? I threw out my sandwhich and was grossed out all night thinking about how many times I ate a nasty sandwhich that was prepared by her . I’ve told all my colleagues about this incident and not to eat from there again because everyone should be aware of this health and safety concern because the last thing we need is to get sick because of poor hygiene from this establishment.
Prior to this incident I have seen her be rude to her colleagues telling them “ are you blind the medium cups are right here” right in front of customers . Read moreI don’t know what’s been happening at this location recently. They have been so backed up with their orders compared to the last few weeks. I usually order through the app before getting there, and my order would be ready by the time I get there or I’d just wait a couple minutes. But these past few days has been really frustrating. When I get there now after placing a mobile order a couple minutes prior, it’s not ready. I mean, it is fine. But, instead of waiting like 2-4 mins, I waited up to 10 minutes or even more just for my order. It’s also really frustrating seeing people that ordered after me get their orders before I got mine. Isn’t the entire point of mobile ordering to skip the line? I might’ve as well just waited in line and ordered. It’s really disappointing.

Read moreThe staff here desperately need a refresher in customer service and safe food handling practice. I waited in line for 20 minutes despite at least 4 staff being present and the cashier was incredibly rude- rolling eyes, passive aggression, and raising her voice and talking down to a patient in a wheelchair who was waiting for his food.
They accidentally gave my food to the wrong customers, which is an honest mistake, but I was met with more eye rolls and condescension when I asked to have one of the sandwiches remade as it was being brought to my grandfather, and immunocompromised patient in the hospital. It is incredibly unsanitary for food to be served again once it has passed the counter, especially after another customer has already recieved and handled it.
