We’ve been to this location 3 to 4 times within the past two months and every time my husband has gone there to order supper for our family of 8. They always mess up on our order in some way; like today they didn’t give us my 2 missing orders of fries.
We got home. Noticed my fries were missing. Went back to Wendy’s a little irritated, because after ordering our huge order in the drive thru, we were asked to park in the front of the store and we did. When the lady handed us our order. I asked her myself. Is everything in these bags and she said yes. Having to go back to pickup the fries that I ordered but never received, I decided to go in the store. When I finally spoke with 2 girls, it seemed almost as if those girls didn’t believe me that my fries weren’t given to me. I don’t appreciate how these employees can’t take and fulfill an order. Then the girls want to be all prissy about it too.
The funny thing is when I was waiting to speak to somebody about my missing fries, another girl that was dining in, walked up to the counter with her burger and apparently they had missed or put something in her burger that she didn’t want in there.
I smirked at the girl that took the customers burger and thought, that’s it those employees don’t know how to listen! I won’t be going back here again! Happy train your employees right! The service...

Read moreI have been here four times now. They DO NOT honour the prices on the App VS the prices at the window. I have gently called them out 3 times and I gave up even calling it out today. Yes, my app is set to the correct location. 100%. That’s their excuse. I run a business and always make it right for my customer. They (the manager and maybe the claimed owner do nothing but argue, and put the customer last. I didn’t make the app, I have no control. But when people come into my shop I make it right when we are wrong. It’s shocking how rude everyone at this location is. The big question is: How many other people does this location rip off without the customer even knowing??? My complaints cannot be addresses by the franchisee as they are never there. I am now taking this up with corporate. Avoid this place. The one in Granville is run way better.
