⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Flavorful Experience from Start to Finish! Himalayan Spice Bistro completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a wonderful evening. We started with their summer cocktails—so fresh, creative, and dangerously delicious that we ended up ordering five of them 🍹🙌. Yes, they were that good… so good we might just have to come back next week for another round! Shout out to "a bit of hibikiss" we had two of those featuring smoky Mezcal For dinner, the Mango Chicken was an absolute standout—perfectly cooked, tender chicken in a rich, slightly sweet sauce with just the right hint of spice. And if you love smoky, bold flavors, the Tandoori is a must-try—beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. Every bite was bursting with authentic flavor, and the presentation was just as stunning as the taste. The service? Outstanding—attentive, friendly, and full of genuine care. You can feel the passion in every detail. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Himalayan cuisine or a curious first-timer, this place is a gem. 🌶️🍗🍹✨ We’ll absolutely be back!

Authentic Indian food!!! Really enjoyed the food here as we were traveling and just wanted something other than the typical burgers and hot dogs you'd have while camping. Stopped in and ordered a bunch of food and brought back to the camp site to eat. Food was good and full of flavour; only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was because every chicken dish we ordered, the chicken was extremely dry and perhaps overcooked. I understand breast is traditionally more dry compared to dark meat, however, I'd expect a restaurant to be able to cook a tender chicken breast. Other than that, everything was good. Service was excellent and very accommodating. I was extremely happy that they actually did take away vs many of the other restaurants in the area who advertised they do, however, in fact do not offer take away service.

Edit version: We ended up having stomach upset all night, and they don't even bother to reply to customers' feedback. Not a recommend place to enjoy meal and your evening ......... We visited this restaurant for the second time, coming all the way from Alberta. The ambiance is great, with a nice vibe, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. However, the flavors fell a bit short of expectations. The Kadahi Paneer tasted more like a korma, lacking the bold, traditional spices we were hoping for. The Paneer Shashlik also felt under-seasoned. While the food was decent, it could use some improvement in flavor to truly stand out.

Unarguably the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. We were seated right away when we came in, the server took our order and we told them we were going to wait a bit to order drinks.... Then we waited... And waited... Tried to get servers attention... And waited... We waited for about an hour before a server came to check on us. Waiting an hour for food would have been okay if they would have told us it's a long wait, or even if they would have stopped by frequently to take drink orders.

I decided to go down the street to see if we could get a table somewhere else after waiting 80 minutes. Then my girlfriend called and said our food was up, so I headed back to Himalayan.

The vindaloo was pretty good but the beef was tough. The chicken dish we had was awful. It was dry and overcooked. The naan bread was amazing. The food may have been better but the service was so bad that it tainted any thought of the food being good.

If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. I don't think I've ever sat at a restaurant that's not busy without seeing my server for an hour. (We weren't the only table waiting for service and...

Normally don’t write reviews, just wanted to give the management my input becuase I do believe this place has true potential. Upon arriving we were not greater by a host but by a waitress who had to walk around and ask people how much longer to give us a wait time but the food smelled great so we decided to give it a try. No phone call so we checked back in about 20 minutes, they did have a table for us at that point. Then we were greeted by another waiter who took our order and gave his recommendations, was still excited about the dinner at this point. About 45 minutes later with all of our water gone and we were brought the wrong tables food twice before getting ours after over an hour. We asked for extra rice becuase one portion was not enough but by the time my girlfriend asked the third waiter my food was cold. Overall the food was good but there was zero orginzation for the servers. No sections or zones were apparent when we got skipped over and brought the wrong food multiple times by different servers. Overall food was good: 8-10 but service was truely bad...
