Bailey's Pub — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

The overall atmosphere and experience here is usually quite pleasant and fun filled. However, tonight myself and my sister had a negative experience upon paying the bill. I was going to pay my sister's bill as a gift, but accidentally paid another patron's bill we had been sitting with. My sister informed me she had already paid her bill so I let our server know right away so she could correct the error. The server tried to place blame on us saying it was our error which it was, but instead of being empathetic and helpful she immediately became impatient with us and told us she didn't know how to refund the payment and said I would have to wait for the patrons I had accidentally paid for to be paid and then they would have to forward me the money. We were on our way out at this point so this was definitely inconvenient for us. To make matters worse when my sister tried to help the situation the server accused her of not knowing how many drinks she'd had in a judgemental manner implying she was not lucid. Not long after I did rudely receive my refund in the form of cash that the server slammed on the counter. I politely informed her that she had no reason to be that rude and we calmly left. We are regulars at Bailey's and this is beyond unprofessional for any establishment. Having extensive background experience myself in customer service I understand how difficult it can be at times, but there is never an excuse to be disrespectful to a customer. Only one server. Very unprofessional. My friend asked for another beer and the red head server looked at him and said “yeah just give me a minute” rudely while walking away and not acknowledging our table. We went in for all you can eat wings as we had done a week before and enjoyed our time. Server did not check on us once. She brought us salad dressing for wings sauces instead of actual wing sauces. We had “Caesar salad dressing and Italian dressing” one hot sauce and what tasted like some kind of cooking sauce. Our visit before we had all kinds of different sauces for our wings, which included honey garlic, hot, bbq, ect... My friends didn’t get a Pepsi refill for over a half hour and we didn’t even get offered extra wings after finishing the first round.( which really defeats the purpose of all you can eat wings) Just very disappointed as we had recommended this place to so many friends from the good experience before and brought extra friends with us this time. Honestly Awful place I came in for the first time alone, sang some karaoke met some nice people there; and while I was sitting at the bar a large guy comes out of no where and pushed me off my chair, I went flying and slid about 4 feet on the floor. None of the staff checked to see if I was ok and about 15mins after the guy was thrown out I was told to leave by the security guy with no explanation as to why im being asked to leave. I was very polite I was even there for about 4 hours having a good time.Very hostile and dangerous place...
