KFC — Restaurant in Fort McMurray

After long day work and don't have time cook we decide to get KFC, the cashier or customer service its sooooo rude !!! They way he stand it just while he waiting for us to discuss (not even more than 1 munite)we even apologize, and when we ask him question he so rude to answer , like he don't care at all we buy or not . The kitchen staff , we still able to bear little but they just chitchat like they don't give a damn about the cust !!! The chicken its self was so tasteless, it's look not fresh , the gravy taste like flour , like flour add water and some brown color !!! The poutinne omg!!! They just smash the fries add the package of cheese and tiny gravy !!! If management can see and read this please take some action , as customer we need to feel welcome , and please bring back the quality in food and quality in the staff !!!! Really bad !!!!! Like what a waste of...

Pulled up some KFC coupons Get to drive thru window And they say "Oh we do not participate in the coupon program." . I don't know, last time I checked, the sign out front said KFC. Let me spell that for you - K F C.

So, as a KFC franchise, I would think that this business is obligated to participate in any KFC program, Obligated to purchase KFC products, Obligated to do things as KFC would like them done, Obligated to follow KFC rules and regulations. HELLO.

Doubtful that they can choose to not participate in any KFC promos.

So I will spend my hard earned $$ ELSEWHERE ! Only in Fort...

I got coupons in my e-mail today for Father's Day!! How pleasant. I went through the drive-thru at this KFC and I started with the coupon code. The response on the intercom: "Uhhh we don't take coupons..." The coupon was 2-for-1 sandwhiches. If I ordered the sandwhiches at their menu price it was obviously double the price. No thanks. I will never order take out from anywhere in Fort Mac again. What a 🗑 deal. LoL!!

Good old Fort McMurray restaurants 😑 I can't wait to go home where everyone isn't trying to take all...
