Imagine messing up an order of medium fries to go. Really, just imagine! After sitting for over ten minutes while two other tables of people who ordered after me got their food, I went to the counter to ask if my order was coming. After much discussion behind the counter (in a language I did not understand, which is sorta rude, ain't it?), I finally got fed up and asked for a refund. The fellow I was dealing with said, 'but your fries are sitting right there,' and pointed to an order of fries in a basket sitting beside the deep fryer. I said, 'no, thank you - I am not interested in waiting any longer for fries that have clearly been sitting there for who knows how long. Just the refund will do.' At which point the person who had taken my order said something to the man at the counter - again in a language I didn't understand. The man at the counter went into the register and gave me a cash refund of about $4.50. I paid by Visa and had to pay the tip up front - what a fun scam that is, tipping before service... anyway, my tip was excluded from my refund. I didn't say anything about it because I don't much care about the .45 cents I tipped... but rest assured, that's the last .45 cents Fatburger in Fort McMurray will ever get out of me. Read moreFood is good but it would be nice if they would get your order right when you order delivery through Skip The Dishes. 2 out of my last 3 orders have had wrong or missing items. This last order was missing an item my son wanted. You guys need to pay better attention when packing deliveries. Is that too much to ask? Sure hope not.
Update: August 29th, 2021. Ordered through Skip, and yet again, they sent an incomplete order. A manager reached out last time and sent me a gift certificate to make up for it. That was nice and all, but I'd rather receive the food I ordered. Perhaps they should address a fundamental issue with the restaurant and the seemingly complicated task of making sure all food items are in an order before it gets sent out for delivery. This is now the 3rd order with a missing food item. Not very impressed.
Update: September 20th, 2021. Ordered through Skip, and yet again, 2 food items weren't delivered with my order. They did, however, include 2 cans of pop that I didn't order. I'm done with ordering Fatburger for delivery. I simply can't understand how a restaurant can have so many consistent issues filling an order properly. It's simply absurd...
Read moreSo we went on 2nd sep Friday n had quite a fair order of about 80 dollars. First things first the staff was so stinky u could smell them from a mile away so a shower would be a great option. Secondly the most horrible part was I ordered chicken mushroom melt n mentioned it to be bacon free yet I got it with bacon I took it back n requested to change as I could not eat it. N to my surprise they took out bacon from same burger with bare fingers n brought it back to our table I was shocked if this was something required I would have done it myself. N manager came to explain that grills r same so it doesn’t/shouldn’t matter. Like seriously. Won’t enter again. This is worst customer service...
