Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Saskatchewan

This place is frustratingly inconsistent.

Service is usually friendly, but some of the counter staff can be dismissive and when I ask for the food to be freshly cooked I get eye rolls or they just lie and tell me they will cook everything fresh but don't.

This leads to the biggest issue which is the inconsistent food quality. When cooked fresh to order, there are few fast food places that have a better burger. Unfortunately Burger King rarely, if ever cooks fresh to order and instead throws previously cooked burgers in a microwave to heat it up before slapping together your order. This is why I always ask for a freshly cooked whopper and fries, but with few exceptions what I end up with is freshly cooked fries and a reheated burger that they try to convince me was freshly cooked. reheating a Whopper patty in a microwave is not "Freshly Cooked".

I like burger King, but this place needs to do better and give the customer fresh food if that's what is asked for.

I've tried to like this place, seems it will never happen. I tell myself each time it will be better. This is by far the worst Burger King I've tried in 30+ years. Messed up our order 3 out of 4 times. Can never get a hot anything. This time, as usual our burgers were cold and the buns were dried out so bad they were falling apart while trying to hold it. Look at the picture. I ate 1/2 and threw the rest out. Pay attention to the temp of your food next time you go here. Will NEVER use this location again.

Notice the names of all the amazing and /or 5 star reviews? Notice any similarities? I thought they are kind of suspiciously similar? Absolutely stellar reviews too? Odd? I also believe they owners name is Umer is it not? Used to also...

Long time ago(about 2019 Nov): I'd rather bring my business here than the place that opened 2½ months ago. Tried to wait in line (outside covered tents, not good for kids when -10°c). Still have lines. MyLast Post (edited since):2022 I like to shop at nearby locations & not that bad for accessibility if going back towards the Hwy. Just remember NOT to bring your rig with you, you'll find yourself hard to turn on every corner, especially 18 wheelers. I recommend to bring small cars, and/or minivans when visiting. Trucks and oversized won't fit (see height & space restrictions).
