Subway — Restaurant in Fort Saskatchewan

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Subway location. The lady working in the morning is consistently rude, and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I visit, it feels like I'm inconveniencing her just by ordering.

To make matters worse, the online orders are always messed up. It’s beyond annoying when you try to order ahead and one or the other is missing or wrong when you pick it up.

When I asked the lady for her name she mumbled something like "fal" or "pal," which didn’t sound like a real name at all. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I ordered my food to be ready at a certain time so its hot. They will make your sandwich 15-20min before you get there and then let it sit on the rack so when you pick it up it’s absolutely cold. The reason I know this is the receipt tells the time the sandwich was made. I guess there’s No point in getting it toasted or heating the meat up if you going to do that. The workers gave attitude when I went back in and told them to make me a new sandwich. Wont go back . And people still expect tips after given...

We went there about a week ago and the food was great, they made our sandwiches just the way we wanted.

Today around 1:00 pm we picked up the same sandwiches and both were made with the wrong buns also we asked for the foot long to be cut into thirds but they only cut it once into 1/3 & 2/3. Unfortunately we did not notice until we got home.
