Burger King — Restaurant in Fredericton

(Newest) Nov 17/23 Night Drivethru - Starting to slack off. Food is ok. Not busy. McDonalds and Wendy's on a Friday Night are both lined to the road, Burger King is dead. So I guess go there if you want the food faster.

Aug 17/22 Night Drivethru - Still good. Prompt service, orders are good, 24/7 service still. Seems to be way, WAY better than it was a year ago. I'm not sure who's responsible for this improvement, but nice work. 4 stars.

July 11/22 Night Drivethru - maintaining, and they're actually taking the orders consistently. No more milk-crates blocking the drive thru or staff ignoring customers. It is also fast at night. They are a better option over McDonalds on Prospect if you want something quick, McD will have you waiting 10-30m in the drive thru. Still mediocre 3 stars.

May 17/22 Drivethru - Been going at night again, service has gotten faster and more reliable. Still skeptical that it will keep up, but it's looking better. Raising to 3 stars.

Sep 9/21 Drivethru - went to see if I had a reason to add a couple stars to this. Hours on door say 24/7 drive through, as does Google (at the time, I submitted change) yet the drive through was blocked off with milk crates and they didn't answer the phone? Are they closed because there's no indication of it. If what I read here and heard around town is true, I'd almost bet they put the milk crates there and just wait the night out. Still 0 Stars.

I know someone who worked at the other BK across the river, he told me dude was just trying to get out of making it. They do it all the time when it isn't...

My partner tried to use the free poutine coupon in the mobile app and after confirming on the payment screen that it was applied, the poutine failed to arrive with the order. Mine and my friends did just fine, yet hers was not added in after the payment screen confirmed it. She tried again with another item worth over $1 to apply the coupon, and it failed a second time to come with her purchase. We tried to resolve it with the manager on duty and he refused to help my partner and kept going in circles. He could help, but opted not to and even tried to dance around giving us his bosses name, and even raised his voice at her when we spoke at a respectful tone the entire encounter. He instead offered to give her the item she already paid for, which should have been a given. He wouldn't even refund the second order, despite it being a pre-made item. I've never gone to a BK location where management has failed a customer so much. This isn't a "Karen" complaint, but a fact.

The fact that a manager couldn't comp an item that was already being given away as a FREE promotion item is beyond pathetic. Will definitely be following up with regional management or corporate if need be. I'd advise against visiting this particular location, as other stores have much more...

My last 3 attempts at ordering food at this location have been much of the same; no produce for sandwiches, stale dry burgers that taste as though they've been sitting under a warming light for hours, no availability on a substantial portion of their menu, but today this Burger King location reached a new low for me when they served me rotten lettuce on my chicken sandwich. Let me assure you that when I say rotten, I mean brown and yellow lettuce leaves that smelt dusty and turned to mush between my fingers. I understand that times are tough for everyone but as a business, if you can't afford to cycle your stock frequently enough that you have to serve rotten vegetables to your customers then its time to close the doors. Running a business like this (if you can even call it a functioning business) only leads to a terrible reputation and it genuinely puts your customers health at risk. It's a shame that Google won't let me post a photo with this review because I really think people should see what they are being served from this restaurant.
