Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fredericton

Unfortunately, everything is overcooked. The thin and crispy crust is not crispy, it is burnt and gross and very disappointing, and it is very hard to find a piece of ham on my Hawaiian. The pepperonis are all crunchy on the pepperoni pizza, not very happy, but at least the handcrafted crust has a better taste. Not happy I paid almost $50 and really wish I didn't even have to eat it, but what other option do I have at this point? Breadsticks also over cooked and blackened. App didn't work and we had to go on-site to order as well and wait 25-30 min. We will not be returning. UPDATE I have lowered my rating even further as I spent the following day very ill, and the other who ate the meal also having stomach and bowel issues. My guess is cross contamination or improper food storage causing food poisoning. Waitress kept being the bearer of bad news. No salad, no substitutions, wouldn’t let us use our SPC card. One of my gift cards didn’t work, and the waitress refused to try and enter our card manually (which in my experience usually isnt a problem, my wife has had to do it for customers many times). Service was not friendly, especially when you set yourself up for some discounts and end up spending over 40 dollars more than previously expected. Food on the other hand was fantastic! If they could just get their servers up to speed on being friendly and helpful I’d consider going back at a later date, as of right now, I’ll go to somewhere like pizza delight...

I got ripped off! Ordered online 3 Medium pizzas for pick up at Smythe St location. I got charged $77, and later found out from a friend that you have a deal on for 3 medium pizzas for $34.99!
