Glad food varieties are growing in town. Easy in and out set up, with enough seating area. Visited the restaurant for the very first time. Easy order and seat by choice and open availability. Half open kitchen style.
Disappointment: combo option was not mentioned when I'm ordering; found the option when I seated, when approaching, manager (maybe) was suggesting a free meal for the next visit if I pay for the extra price today. Paid the extra, found out drinks are not offered (fair, hence I asked for glass of water), in returns, only be given a coupon with buy one get one meal free coupon, which coupon was to be given to customer upon purchase (not in my case). When foods were all served, I waited for my water for about 10mins and when I approached the counter for it (lady who helped with my order is serving other customer), the other worker was questioning if my receipt has "glass of water" included. I have to proceed with the ordering lady hasn't included the waste in the notes and she is helping others at the moment, and hence she gave me one (while other kitchen helpers were laughing at me only having a glass of water). Definitely felt offended. music is enjoyable; but it's numbered order, couldn't hear my number was called. Be nice to have a number screen when order is ready. prepacked sushi; it has no manufacture/packaging/ expiry date. But, my food (hopefully) was tasted fresh.
Satisfaction: foods are affordable and delicious haven't have hyacinth bean for awhile, glad to see them on my plate foods are fresh seating area is clean with comfortable lightning. offered recycling âťď¸ options. [[Be nice to have pictures or the notes putting at eyes level and font comfortable for reading, instead of where they are now (lower front of the bin with small font) way below...
Read moreToday me and my wife went to edo for the 3rd or 4th time since it opened. We are from out west and love edo. Anyways today we went and honestly there is a couple girls that just don't seem to know what to do next. I stood at the counter and saw my meal come up and she put the bowl by the sauce. She looked around then walked over to the counter then walked back to the bowl. Put one scoop in then she put the ladle in the sauce and walked away from the bowl. I ordered 2 sauces she literally did nothing walking away from the bowl then walked back to it looked at it then put another sauce. She then put it on a tray and guess what happened she walked away for another pointless walk. Anyways got our food. When we started eating I bit into something hard. Sure enough there is burnt bits in the food. Wife's soup has little chunks in it too. Since both of us having chicken you could see the burn chunks. This is telling me they are not cleaning the grill enough while cooking. I pulled out a little pile of burnt pieces from who evers meal they cooked before mine.
My message to edo- i know you guys want your food on a clean grill as I have eaten at several other locations out west. This location is too new for it to be slacking already... I hope it'll change cause I missed edo and was super happy to see one arriving to fredericton.
April 13- review update. Ordered the easi platter today was made it a timely manner. Wife had a Ramon bowl and she had no complaints either.
Sushi is full and looks pretty close to...

I placed an order through this restaurantâs app, which showed the food had been deliveredâexcept it hadnât. I called the restaurant, and they told me the delivery driver never showed up and that I should call the number on the app to resolve it. I opted to pick up the food myself instead, and they offered some complimentary spring rolls. I said Iâd rather discuss the issue in person.
When I arrived, they told me the delivery driver had just picked up the food and was on the way to my house. No one had contacted me to confirm this change. I called it what it was: a fiasco. Given the confusion and inconvenience, I asked for two free meals as compensation.
They said they could offer one meal and would have to ask the manager about the second. I agreed and showed them proof of having spent over $200 with them in the past week. After speaking with the manager, the staff came back and said the manager refused to offer the second meal.
At that point, I declined the single free meal and told them to let the manager know they just lost a loyal customer. I wonât be returning, and I wonât be...
