My mom and I decided to have some breakfast and we had a coupon for 2 can dine breakfast for 8.99$ on our phone but didn’t know how to redeem it. We showed the cashier the coupon on our phone and the cashier told us that we have to simply scan it. She asked what type of sandwich we wanted and the drinks. After we got our order, we realized that we didn’t get our hash brown and I approached one of the workers who was preparing the sandwiches and told her we didn’t get our hash brown and she tried to me that I grabbed the wrong order. After being annoyed by the situation I took the phone and showed her the coupon/ order history. She then rolled her eyes and told me she didn’t have time to see this because she’s too busy and told me to wait at line. My mom waited 10 minutes at the big line and finally got the chance to talk with the cashier that took our order. The he cashier then told her that my mom never told her she wanted hash browns so she can’t give it to us. What makes this experience so frustrating is not only that we have the receipt/ order history that clear shows we were charged for something we did not get, the cashier even look less at the coupon before taking order, and the other worker who didn’t even bother to help, but tried to say I was the one responsible for taking someone else’s order. Moreover, as we were eating our breakfast without the hash brown, we heard the two workers talking to each other loud about how they didn’t want to “deal with” me and simply ignored me. Never had problems ordering things at this store but whoever the workers that were working February 19, 11AM should seriously have a conversation with whoever is in higher authority with. Read moreWas not very pleased with the service today. I went and got the dragon fruit drink on the kiosk. So I was waiting there for 10 minutes already and the drink came but I wasn’t paying attention but some lady grabbed my drink took a sip then realized it wasn’t hers and took the sticker off that said my name. So I tried to talk to the employee I said “ someone accidentally grabbed my drink could you remake it please” and he said I just made it not even listening to what I said I had to repeat my self to him and his supervisor 5 times then they just started doing other orders and forgot about me! So I said “excuse me where’s my drink” and they were saying something about and order number but I order on a kiosk you think I remember that so I showed both the man and the supervisor my bank statement and they still didn’t get me my drink. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience here on July 8 around 8:30 PM. I ordered a non-spicy chicken roll, but was given a spicy one instead. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member who took my order, I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional his response was. Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, he sarcastically said, “Then why did you bite it?” His behavior was extremely disrespectful and not at all appropriate for customer service. I didn’t catch his name, but he was a man wearing glasses, possibly of Indian descent.(I mention this only to help identify the individual.) On top of that, I was trying to use a special offer I had in the app, which included a discount, but he didn’t apply it properly. It seemed like he didn’t know how to handle it at all, which added to the frustration. I reported the incident to the manager on site, but I don’t know if any action was taken.
