First time ever ordering from here online. I ordered my food, got my confirmation email stating it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went out and ran some errands for about an hour (to give them time to prepare) then went to pick up my food. When I arrived, no one was behind the cash, I was just standing there with no employees for a few minutes. Eventually the employee came out from out back and greeted me. I gave the employee my name and told them I had an order placed online. She told me it would be another 10 minutes.
So at this point, it has been an hour and 10 minutes since I placed the order, and I still need to wait another 10. I waited for my food for 15 more minutes while having to watch customer after customer order food (in the restaurant, not online) and get it before me. The whole purpose of online ordering is for convenience. That definitely wasn't the case here.
It took an hour and 20 minutes to make an order of chicken tenders and fries, and at no point did the employee apologize for the long wait or do anything for me for that matter.
The food was okay though so I couldn't give them a 1 star, but the customer experience will prevent me from ever going back, and I could never recommend this place to anyone.

The second time around I ordered $60 worth of food, and it came here cold, and again, 3 hours later. You would assume a "lava cake" would arrive hot, even the packaging said "caution hot", and it was delivered frozen. The managers excuse was that "some customers want to microwave it themselves". Really.. ? I'm not usually a difficult person, but I was not going to be out $60 for this crap. I had to call multiple times, and have them take my number so they could call another manager who wasn't home. They even tried to give me the other manager's cell phone number so I could call myself! I made them call and figure it out, and demanded that I get my money back. They wanted me to drive to the store to get a refund, and I refused. After a long while, they eventually made Capital Delivery deliver me my refund.

I even saw one person who order in the drive through come inside because they had been waiting so long for the 1 person in front of them to be served. When we received our meal, we got some of the wrong items, and some weren't even there! The food seemed a bit mushy and but we didn't know what to expect as it was our first time ordering the new plant based box meal. Then later we went to see a movie and before it even really started we both rushed to the bathroom and were puking. We missed the first half of the movie because of this.
