Wonderful menu and the location is convenient. It's spacious with tables for two, or four, or lounge chairs if you prefer. The parking lot, especially near the drive-thru, needs a lot of work done. The pavement is cracked badly enough to damage a car that doesn't notice how deep the potholes are. The staff is friendly, but I've had one strange thing happen about 3 times this month. Barista A will take my order and then go make it. Then Barista B takes my money. Many times, Barista A only charges me for part of the order, not knowing everything that I had ordered. Each time, I said the amount was wrong, but it'd be really easy for a nefarious customer to either get half their order for free, or in one case that happened 3 weeks ago when Barista B got distracted by something else, completely free without paying at all. The downtown location is better, but if you're careful driving, and are an honest person, this location...

Came in just before 5:30pm on a Saturday. Hours posted were for 6pm close. I ordered a drink and toasted bagle. Paid, TIPPED, grabbed my drink, and then told oven was turned off, would I want something else. I said no anything else would require t he oven. turned the oven back on so assumed that I would be waiting. He made no attempted to tell me how long it would take. I understand that you are trying to close but post a sign that you don't serve food after a specific time. If you are open, be opened. It took over minutes...I would have taken my tip change back but have decided that losing my business might mean more. Bye second cup! It's been a good 20 years...

Over the last 2 years I’ve become a frequent customer. As someone with a lactose intolerance, I am extremely grateful the company offers Lactose free milk (especially considering Starbucks stopped). They are master baristas, always serving the very best flavours. The prices are mostly affordable, given today’s market. I am a huge fan of the blueberry muffin and cinnamon roll. My only complaint is sometimes the drive thru takes quite some time, but I find the taste worth the wait. The manager/operator is a wonderful, sweet lady who puts a lot of effort into the customer experience. Loyal staff that have been there over the years tells me it is a well-run...
