Papa Pizza — Restaurant in Gatineau

I ordered delivery, the food took an hour and a half to get to me after they sent a confirmation email saying it would take 50 minutes. They didn’t have the right order, they apparently ran out of what I ordered but didn’t bother to call me despite having my phone number and instead just sent me something else as a replacement without any communication that they would do that. They couldn’t follow the instruction to come to my door. Then when I addressed the problems of being 40 minutes late on their delivery the driver started arguing with me and passing blame saying it was not his fault. I personally don’t care who’s fault it is. When I order food it’s for convenience, and I paid an extra 4 dollars delivery for a burger and poutine to gain that convenience. I don’t need to argue who’s fault it is. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. They got every aspect of the delivery wrong. Combo Pizza Review – Yum! Just had the Combination pizza and wow…this thing was delicious! Let’s start with the crust: light, perfectly cooked, and had just the right touch of salt. Not too thick, not too thin…just right. The sauce…Smooth and balanced. Not too sweet, not too tangy. It played really well with the toppings. Speaking of toppings, the veggies were super fresh, and they mixed perfectly with the pepperoni—juicy, flavorful, and not greasy. You could tell everything was top quality. Now the cheese… oh man, the cheese was the star of the show. Rich, gooey, and baked to that perfect golden-brown finish. Every bite was a cheesy dream. It was ready for takeout in about 20–25 minutes, and it came out hot and fresh. No complaints at all. Can’t wait to try more pizzas from the menu, looks like there’s something for everyone. @Michelle Christoff - i work for doordash and i was assigned an order and drove 11 kms and when I have arrived he never confirmed the order from his APP, the order was never made and is already late... I called the customer and told him there will be a delay and he was ok with it, the owner said to wait he was making the order, so I sat in my car for 10-15 minutes and called doordash support and they told me the owner canceled the order,,,,, i was livid, why not tell me? he already wasted my time to drive there, unprofessional to say the least... and YES HE WAS MASK-LESS INSIDE ALL THRU MY VISIT THERE, IF YOU SEE HIM WITHOUT A MASK JUST CALL GATINEAU POLICE, THEY WILL PAY...
