Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gatineau

I was delivered a soggy pizza which was not well cooked. I called in the call centre, was told they are unwilling to replace it due to people taking advantage. In addition to explaaning that i only had half a slice, in their words "If you dont like it, go buy a pizza elsewhere". The call centre was very argumentative and was concerned about proving their point over delivering a satisfactory product and addressing a customer concern. I will never buy here again and am on the way to the store to personally hand it back to them. I dont like leaving negative reviews, and usually just move on. What a horrible experience. NEVER again. I recommend going to Pizza Pizza or Say Cheese Pizza for the value and...

Whorst service ever. After waiting 2 hours for my order, I called the store and was told it was my fault I didn't called them because they forgot my order... Well pizza hut, you just lost me forever...

Edit: they called me back to give me shit because their system says I received my order... then offered me a credit and said they are trying to make things righ at 8:15 pm... lol

Update August 2025: we made the mistake of thying them again. Missing one item and have one other item...

They didn't deliver the full order and refused to deliver the rest because we accepted the order, even after the delivery guy told us to call. The poutine sauce "On the side" were too cold to use. If I could give 0 star I would.

Edit: I did get what I ordered (few hours later) after writing a formal complaint on the website. At this point, I dont know if I should trust the food after "forcing" them to make it.

Also, the fact that I got different service from a written request and a phone call should raise some concern about the quality of...
