Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Gatineau

Ordered thru door dash and delivery man told them that the order didn’t seem right. He proceeded with delivery and I didn’t receive what I ordered. We called the restaurant and they refused to send me my food that I paid for and blamed the delivery man. I ordered bento grilled chicken and sent me chicken sushi. I hate sushi but ordered there for my family. The lady argued and refused to send me my food. She wasn’t speaking French or English clearly and just argued the whole time that I received what I ordered. Door dash send you an email with your order, how can you possible argue with a email proof I beyond me. Please do not go there or order there, they do not care about...

I have another sushi shop closer to my house, but I choose to go to this one because the quality and service is outstanding at this location. Greeted with a smile and ready to take our specials requests. I come atleast twice a month and it's always been great and ready on time for my pickup. Keep up the good work. I hope the owner sees this and congratulates his team.

Excellent sushi. One of the best Dynamite rolls I have ever eaten. Everything was so fresh and the custom online ordering was a plus. I often find Inari has too many green onions in it, but with custom online ordering I was able to have it with no onion. I highly recommend this sushi restaurant and will be ordering online from them many times...
