Fabulous visit(s) at this little bakery, from excellent, friendly service with a smile (even a small bag of ice cubes to go, for our drinks on the boat as the shop is right by Gibson’s Marina), to the best Nanaimo bars - bar none: - all the tasty, crunchy, creamy texture but best of all not “crazy” sweet. One of the owners even shared some tips about fishing to boot. Not only for us two legged sentient beings - free little dog treats at the kiosk facing outside at the Gibson’s Public Market. A few of my work colleagues and I decided to head down for lunch one day and have been back 3 times since! The turkey sandwiches have become a new favorite - they are made fresh to order and are absolutely delicious! Just today I tried out their Gibsons Fog and again, delicious!
