We had sinagang with fish, adobo, lechon, and chicken. The combos come with fried rice and noodles. I'm Chinese Canadian and super picky with food. Everything that we had was really good. Sinagang wasn't too sour. Lechon skin was super crispy with a nice crunch and the meat was super tender. Chicken wasn't too sweet. Adobo was nice and tender. Fried rice and fried noodles were seasoned nicely and topped with veggies. I'm sure everything here is good. This restaurant is inside Gibsons Public Market.

The food was not bad, but I wish it could be cheaper and have larger portions. I paid extra money and asked for extra chicken, but I still didn’t get much chicken. The picture on their menu and some pictures posted here showed a large, full chicken leg with skin and bone, but it turned out to be deboned chicken, so it’s misleading. The staff are friendly though:)

Found this place on our trip to Sechelt as we were craving for some Filipino Dishes and man, this place is total gem. From food quality to the quality of service, you’ll never be disappointed. I’m a big fan of Batchoy and I can say that this is one of the best batchoy in BC. My kids love their Kare-Kare as well. Definitely gonna come back here. 😍😍😍

Last Sunday, June 23, around 11:30 am, we decided to give this place a try and ordered combo 1, which is lechon with fried rice. And let me tell you, it was just meh. Then we ordered combo 2, Korean chicken BBQ, and combo 3, Filipino pork skewer, and honey, those were a hot mess. Both the chicken and pork looked like they just took a bath in Kraft BBQ sauce after being boiled. The pancit? Oh darling, it tasted like it had been through some rough times.

Each combo was at least $20! For that price, I expect a Beyoncé concert on my plate. This place came highly recommended, but girl, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy, let alone my friends.

The first time we ate here, it was fabulous! We had halibut soup, and the owner himself cooked and prepared it. But now? It's like they handed the kitchen over to some teenagers who couldn't care less. Seriously, 80% of the food ended up in the trash. Oh, and by the way, we ordered to go and ate on the ferry, so going back to complain was out of the question....

We had an amazing experience at Kitchen Classics! The lechon was incredibly flavorful and tender, with a perfect balance of crispy skin and juicy meat. The fried rice was a delightful complement to the meal, cooked just right and bursting with savory goodness. Their soup was comforting and rich in flavor, making it a great starter. And to top it all off, the halo-halo was a refreshing and sweet treat, packed with a variety of toppings that made each bite exciting. I highly recommend Kitchen Classics for anyone looking for something delicious at Gibsons...
