Never again... 2nd time I tried these idiots and it’s the last. They are gonna get someone really sick under cooked fish is not something anyone should eat. It has been microwaved and tossed in the deep fryer for a second to try and make it crisp all you need to do is look at it to see that. And with any fish if it stinks you probably shouldn’t eat it ask any fisherman. I asked for fresh for a reason and that’s why last time same thing. When I asked for fresh fries the girl said I just cooked them and 10mins later I got the cold nasty fries that were sitting under the heat lamp for God knows how long before I got there.... “Me no understand???” That’s not a good excuse if you want to use the fact your from another country as your excuse there’s enough of unemployed Canadians... That yes would do that job!!! I hate having to eat fast food but I drive a truck for a living and I love it fast should be at least enable if I’m gonna gain a couple pounds it should at least TASTE GOOD, DONT YOU THINK??? I’m so tired of Mc D*^%#’s and KFC, TIM HORTONS USING ethnic backgrounds as a crutch to take your money. They all love Trudeau than take him and his followers back to their country. You hate our rules than leave we would never get away with this lame excuse for cheap labour in...

Always a horrible experience coming to this location. Keep convincing myself that it's just a one-off experience, but it continues with every visit. Visited at the end of lunch and so it will still slightly busy, asked us to pull ahead and wait for our meals, but all three of their waiting spots were full, so we pulled into the curbside pickup stalls right next to them. Took forever (over 10 minutes) for our food to come and when it did, the person only quickly checked the original three stalls ignoring us trying to get their attention only to bring our food back inside. Had to chase them inside and waited five minutes trying to get someone's attention. Not even a polite "someone will be with you shortly", just completely ignored. When we did finally get our food 20 minutes after waiting, they had the audacity to blame us for not being in one of their already full waiting spots. Will NEVER come to this location again. Thanks for the cold kids meals, half filled large fries completely squished and cold, cold ketchup packets shoved into one of the fries containers (causing those fries to also be squished and cold) and now watered down flat drinks. Food and service quality is well below McDonald’s standards for food preparation and presentation. It should be mentioned the monopoly stickers were removed from my food items and covered with a receipt to hide the fact, there has been online posts about local skip the dishes stealing stickers as well the restaurants employees possibly removing them before sending out the orders. My experience would confirm that opinion from yesterday’s interactions (10/03/2024) 12:30 pm approximately. The Manager also had the ignorance to accuse me of being rude for using a simple hand gesture that’s apparently offensive in the Philippines, sometimes people use hand signals instead of yelling over a busy unorganized customer filled area to communicate in Canada, western Canada doesn’t follow the Philippines Customs!!! McDonald’s should strongly consider employing individuals that understand western cuisine, its preparation and presentation. Wilted lettuce, sloppy made sandwiches with excessive condiments and wait times for simple orders in the drive through Isn’t acceptable in establishments and franchises big as Mc D’s.
