Came here for the first time 2 weekends ago and I was raving about it. Had the avocado smoothie with agar tapioca and it was so good. Also sampled their nut "mylk" and nut cream and it is so tasty. I couldn't wait to come back.

Revisited yesterday for a mango smoothie with regular tapioca and was not impressed. The ice had not been blended enough, there was barely any mango taste, and the worst part was the raw and gritty tapioca pearls. They were the worst tapioca pearls I have ever had. Even if the rest was acceptable, that ruined the whole drink and did not even finish it. We were too far away to go back but they do not have a phone number to call.

Much less excited about this place than I was before. Idea and raw ingredients are good, but execution is hit or miss.

Update: I took up the owner on his offer for another drink. This time got the avocado smoothie with nut cream and agar tapioca, and the lime nut mylk with nut cream. The avocado smoothie was again very good. The nut cream is a must, so tasty. I personally wasn't a fan of the lime nut mylk but there was nothing wrong with it, just not to my taste. Customer service was great and the owner went above and beyond to try to improve our experience, so really appreciated that. I hope this...

I've tried the mango nut mylk, black teas, pear, apple, cherry teas - all a hit.

The nut cream is basically the best. Ferrero-tasting topping with different variations depending on the drink. The hojicha nut cream is heavenly.

If you're looking for a sweet dessert drink, the fruit options are great. The fruit teas here are incredible - smooth, without pulp, and made with actual fruit in the blender.

If you're looking for a milder drink, the nut mylks and black teas with nut cream are great. The nut mylk being more evenly creamy, whereas the tea with nut cream is like a darker low sweetness tea with a dessert topping. The sweetness and heaviness of the nut cream can overwhelm the taste of the black tea especially if you opt for zero or less sugar, however, if it gets mixed together, it balances out to the nut mylk experience and is just as nice. Just depends on what you are looking for.

Staff are great, I brought friends, and we had a whole run-down introduction to the different drink options, ingredients, and recommendations. The boss lady doesn't mess around, 10/10 service, and provides good recommendations based off what you're looking for.

So far, has never disappointed, and absolutely worth the little bit of a...

Nuttea offers a truly unique and refreshing experience for plant-based and bubble tea lovers. I tried the Biscoff Nut Mylk Tea with tapioca pearls and a layer of simple nut cream—it was creamy, subtly sweet, and incredibly satisfying. I even took a moment to taste the cream on its own with a spoon before mixing it in, which added a fun and delicious twist to the experience.

The staff were very friendly and made the visit feel special. I appreciated the cozy, well-decorated interior, and to my surprise, there was even a piano, which a fellow customer played while I read my book—an unexpectedly lovely moment that added to the ambiance.

The only downside is that the café is located in a basement space, so you miss out on the sunlight and street-level views of Whyte Avenue. That said, if you’re ordering to-go, this place is a full 5 stars—the drink quality and presentation are top-notch.

Whether you’re vegan, lactose-sensitive, or just curious, Nuttea is worth a visit! Be sure to notify the staff of any nut allergies, stay and have...

Tried Nuttea for the first time, and it was such a treat! We had the mocha and the mango milkshake, both topped with their signature nut cream, and wow — they absolutely nailed it. The mocha had this rich, smooth coffee flavor that paired perfectly with the creamy nut topping, while the mango milkshake was tropical and refreshing with just the right hint of sweetness. We also loved that they let us customize the sweetness levels and ice quantity, so each drink was just how we liked it. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming — they asked if it was our first time, guided us through the menu, shared helpful info, and answered all our questions, which we totally appreciated. The nut cream added a velvety, indulgent layer that made each drink feel extra special. Make sure you add some to your drink next time :) Highly recommend stopping by Nuttea for a unique and delicious experience!

The nut mylk cream is delicious! Very rich with a hint of sweetness, good texture/mouthfeel and the almonds on top give it a satisfying crunch. Once mixed into the tea, nicely balanced and very much like a milk tea bbt without being overly sweet. Had the oolong, jasmine and four seasons. The tea itself is fragrant and the tapioca bubbles are just the right texture. Definitely worth a try if you like your bubble tea, and probably even more satisfying! I personally really liked the oolong. Edit: four seasons is a top contender for favourite. Also pro tip: 4th way of drinking it (they have a label on the cups for 3 ways to drink) - don’t mix the cream, lift your straw up and push it through the cream layer into the tea and drink. You get the cream, tea, and a pearl. Repeat and reflect on how good life is.
