Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

We ordered at 4:01 pm and got told the food would be on it’s way in 35 minutes... while still being hungry we waited and it passed the 35 minute time frame and it’s been almost two hours without getting the food! I call the place and they say we never ordered than I get put on hold for 5 minutes and get told the driver couldn’t find my address so they just didn’t bring it? Well now my food is probably cold and we still didn’t the food, no discount or anything , wont be ordering from this location again.

Update: we called back to see when our food was coming and they assumed the first time we called was a prank call? like people want their food you don’t just not make it or not deliver it because you think it was a prank call like that’s so messed up and such a piss off , we were waiting around for it and we shouldn’t even have to pay for it after going through all this just for an...

We ordered 10 chicken wings. It comes with one complimentary sauce. The delivery was fast and the food was good but we had ordered an extra container of dipping sauce which cost $0.69 and we did not get it. We tried to get the attention of the delivery woman, but she did not notice/hear us.
