Bad experience. What should have been a great night ended on a horrible note! I was there with a group to see the comedy show June 1st which was fantastic. Karaoke started after the show ended and my cousin immediately put up a song, she loves to sing and is a terrific singer. After about 8 singers and she wasn’t called she went and asked the host if she had her song, she verified she did, cool! Another 30min after that my husband put up his first song. Within a couple of songs the host announced he was next. We were flabbergasted, the host then announced over the mic that if you hadn’t been called it was because she didn’t like your song choice (too slow) and that she would bump you. My husband and I are in Sudbury for a conference. We were celebrating our anniversary and I love to sing. I googled karaoke in Sudbury and found "Little Montreal" The karaoke at Little Montreal was so good. The lady from (Johnny's karaoke) that was doing karaoke, made us feel very welcomed and went out of her way to make sure I got to sing because I was from out of town. I just called twice... I spoke to a Danika and then a Beverly and I have to say I was floored by the amazing costumer service. I have been calling around Sudbury to plan our upcoming weekend getaway and seems like everywhere I have called so far Sudbury sounds grumpy lol... As I was about to give up... I called this cool looking Bar and Deli about an upcoming comedy show and I spoke to the most 2 chill gals in Sudbury lol Awesome phone skills, very informative and very accommodating...
