Went to the Lasalle location 15 minutes before close and called to make sure if their grills were still open as I watch the lady answer the phone and say no we are closing them right now.. so as I decide what else I can eat (it took me 5 or 10 minutes going back and forth on other places) I notice she turn off the grill at 8:55. Pm... 10 minutes after I called. I was disappointed and feel like if the sign says opened staff should be willing to help customers and not be rude over the phone with them and lie about when the grills get shut off!! I could of had my pita ready and been out of there within 2 minutes! But that's okay, I took my business else where .
P.s Once again I go to pitas pit on lasalle in sudbury tonight, the same girl is working... I went in 40 minutes before closing and ordered 2 pitas one large and one small... I asked if I could also have a 2 smoothies made with protein in a chocolate banana... the girl looked at me and said no we aren't serving smoothies right now then explain it was because they are closing in 40 minutes. I feel very displeased with how rude she was and how it's the second time I delt with her and not wanting to do work. For the smoothie it's a simple clean!! Literally all she had to do was wash the blender after. And the poor new guy she was with she was talking to him poorly and I felt bad for the guy. If she needs to train someone she should be more patient and willing to help/make things.

Read moreI waited for 40 minutes to finally request a refund. There was 1 person in line ahead of me and 1 person being served in which her Pita chicken was burnt and he had to start again. They had no steak available he advised. The clerk was alone, expressed that he didn't know how to work the cash, he said he was a cook, not a cashier, and wasn't familiar with the different kinds of products. Charged me the wrong price and was frustrated when I asked him to fix it. Finally took my order and when he started to grill, fumbling, looking at a chart on the wall, and had the incorrect items grilling. I had been there for 1/2 hr at this point and I asked for a refund. He said he didn't know how to process a refund and rudely advised me that I would have to wait until he served everyone else or come back tomorrow for a refund. I said I would wait. He punched at the cash for a few minutes when I suggested he call someone to figure it out. He finally called someone and processed my refund. In the process of all this, two separate skip the dishes delivery people came in and he advised both of them he didn't get their orders. I'm a regular customer and will never set foot in your establishment on lasalle blvd in sudbury again. I was in there for 40 minutes and left with no dinner. Unacceptable service. Myself and my coworker went in for lunch and we were very friendly with staff however staff was death glaring us not a single smile or welcome, yelling and interrupting as we’re trying to order. For example, I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and in the middle of trying to order it the woman interrupted and said “I ONLY HAVE___” and listed all the other smoothies. It was a very uncomfortable experience from the moment we walked in. I felt bad for ordering, I felt awkward talking as they made it seem like we were very much inconveniencing them even though we were the ONLY 2 customers. The 2 women that were working on July 18th between 11:30-1:30pm (don’t remember what time we were in exactly) should be fired. They are horribly rude.
