Jessy's Pizza Greenwood — Restaurant in Greenwood

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. We did try the pizza once and it was good, I will say we were pleased with the pizza. However, I ordered a clubhouse sandwich and a donair the next time. First of all, I waited 40 minutes and then after that....the lady asked for my name. My order was not even put through, so at that point they then made our meals. Despite that, I was very excited to get home and eat as we don't often order out. When I opened my clubhouse, the bread was not toasted....not just lightly toasted, NOT toasted. Where have you ever gotten a clubhouse sandwich without toasted bread? On top of that, the turkey was sliced deli meat and the bacon was almost raw. The donair was saturated in liquid that I guess was the sauce. My husband actually asked what it was because it literally looked like soup. You couldn't even pick it up to eat it, it just all fell apart. We paid for meals that couldn't even be eaten after almost an hour...

Sonia is very hospitable and has an excellent service etiquette. It was my first time in here so did not really know the operational hours and ended up coming in after they were closed, we were surprised by the fact that she was still more than happy to serve us and with a big smile. This is what hospitality and food industry is all about. Big shout out to her and her team. you can bet we will be regulars...

The pizza was good however the these employees grab the pizza slices with their bare hands after handling cash and touching the screen on the register. It’s gross. No concern for hygiene or food safety. I will never return or let my family eat for an establishment like this. They could literally buy tongs and fix this problem. The customer service is sub...
