WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I called to inquire about ordering a pizza with just cheddar cheese as someone had an intolerance to mozzarella, the person on the phone said that it was possible and no problem at all so I placed an order for a medium pizza with cheddar cheese, pepperoni, bacon and black olives. Once I picked it up I got home a realized the pizza had mozzarella with a fee pieces of cheddar on top, I called and I had told them that this wasn’t the first time it has happened where they’ve made things wrong and the guy on the phone told me that it was a cheddar mix yet when I called the first time they said they can just do cheddar. He said he would remake it with just cheddar and when I questioned him how he could make it right now he said it was because I was complaining which is ridiculous. Once I got there to pick up the “right” one there was now no black olives so I walked back in and he was very rude once I said that I was now frustrated because it was made wrong twice, he yelled at me and told me it was my fault for not telling him what was on the pizza yet he had put the pepperoni and bacon on as he asked for my number and saw my order. As per Manager on duty, they couldn’t deliver because they would fall behind on other deliveries and this would make other customers unhappy. Pretty disappointing to have 10 people sit down at a dinner table, open one of the boxes of pizza, only to find out that they got it completely wrong. Manager on duty blatantly admitted that it was their fault and apparently collaborated with the store owner for a resolution. Is this truly the best service resolution you could come up with?? When I got to the store, there were a total of 7 employees and one driver that appeared to be doing nothing. A well trained and customer service oriented Owner/Operator would have directed one of these team members to deliver the pizza themselves in order to not further inconvenience the customer you have already disappointed. live 7 km away from your store. Called Domino's Grimsby and the person I spoke to couldn't help me and put the Manager Debbie on the phone with me. She was demeaning, belligerent and rude. Up until today I was a regular customer spending hundreds of dollars at this location. They will never get my business again. Very frustrating when you have a party and expected to enjoy a hot meal on time. Instead our meal was ruined and we had to have someone rush out and by food somewhere else. This was a horrible experience and Debbie should be ashamed of behaving so poorly to a regular customer who has given them so much business in the past.
