Service and atmosphere are amazing! The staff are all incredibly kind and accommodating. We felt very well looked after. The food was good but the potatoes were a bit undercooked and the "whipped cream" was actually Cool Whip or some other vegetable oil based whipped topping. The whipped topping really reduced the quality of the specialty lattes and the pancakes for us. Will definitely be back but will ask for well done potatoes and really hope they switch to a real whipped cream product.
