Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Guelph

First of all, I want to say the pizza we got here was great. The 50% off deal is great and the pizza was very good. But the carside takeout was a disaster. We chose this option, drove up to the location when it said our pizza was done, and clicked "we are here" in my email. We even put on our hazards as suggested, which were directly flashing into the store front windows. We then proceeded to wait, with nobody coming out with our pizza. I checked multiple times that I was at the right location and indicated I was there on the website. With the flashing lights it must have been pretty obvious that we were there. After over 15 minutes of waiting I finally went inside (which kinda defeats the purpose of carside takeout). My pizzas were just sitting there in the warmer drawers. So either they weren't checking or their is something wrong with the system. Just hoping someone at this location sees this so this can be fixed in future uses. I give them negative 5 stars because one of there drives has had multiple complaints about their driving and know after that driver has already been in one car accident this year. They have completely destroyed my car that was parked on the side of the road and they where a two house up fully parked delivering a pizza and totaled my car and Im only 19 and one of the supervisor was really rude to me when i phoned in to complain and then the owner of this location started to do something about it and he is now ignoring my emails and phone calls for about the last two weeks and i have had enough of this so i actually give them negative 5 stars for the way they have treated me and how they have done nothing to solve this problem. I ordered and prepaid off the app last night. I called to modify my sauce. Half tomato half alfredo sauce. The associate said he had to 'talk to his manager' who came on the line to tell me no he can't do that because he 'would have to do that for everyone'. I told him that's how I order and and have never had an issue. He was very stubborn and didn't budge. No where in Domino's policy does it say that you can't mix two sauces. It makes no sense to deny a simple request, it's literally spells out saying no to money. After reading multiple reviews of cheaping out on cheese and chicken it's clear that I lucked out.
